The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, dining seating, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate a sixth person if required. The bedrooms consist of a four-poster bed with an en-suite bathroom, and a family room with double and single, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking available, with pay and display parking nearby with visitor permits available for purchase. It is helpful to note there is a pay and display car park 2 min away and Isle of Wight tourist parking permits can be purchased on the council website - This is helpful if travelling around the island https://beta.iow.gov.uk/parking/permits/parking-permits. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One small well-behaved dog allowed upon prior arrangement with the owner; please call the office when booking. Note: Minimum of 3 night stays.
