Rooks Acre is an attractive bungalow resting on the Rousdon Estate near Lyme Regis in Dorset and sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. Adorable house and great location

We stayed here for a week and everyone had a great time. The space was perfect for us, a beautiful outdoor area, the super cute eating area that had great natural light, and plenty of room to relax on the couches. There was a little kids table and a few kids books that were a nice bonus since we had our little one with us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and we were close enough to go out to eat for the others. A really good location to be to have a nice relaxing time walking the property or down to the beach (a bit of a hike but we’ll worth it) and when you want to visit a town your only a 10-15 minute drive to a pub, grocery store, and anything else you want in town. The only draw back for us is we felt the beds were a bit uncomfortable but that could just be our own preference.
