Nice and modernised studio, very central and comfortable, with a double bed of 1.50 cm and a sofa bed of 1.35
cm. It has a maximum capacity of 3 people. It also has the great comforts of a SMART TV, satellite channels and
free wireless internet connection.
It is located just a few metres from the centre of Los Cristianos and approximately 700 m from the sea! There are 2
beaches nearby: Los Cristianos and Los Tarajales.
In a complex with swimming pool, a few dozen meters from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and ALL
SERVICES.
It offers relaxation, you really feel on holiday!
It has a beautiful habitable terrace and enjoys excellent sun exposure.
Plenty of off street parking.
A renovated bathroom complete with shower and bidet.
Accommodation for up to 3 people.
The flat is complete with everything for cooking, such as:
- Fridge
- Freezer
- Microwave oven
- Oven
- Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- Toaster
- Juicer
and everything else you may need.
You will also have at your disposal:
- Washing machine
- Iron and ironing board
- Hair dryer

The flat is 5 km from Aqualand and 4 km from Siam Park.
It is only 16 km from Tenerife South Airport.
Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections.
There are several free parking spaces in the area, there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies,
bars.
