Relax in the spacious living room with a double trundle bed, TV, and DVD player, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Cozy bedrooms with a mix of double and single beds, along with three modern bathrooms, ensure convenience for all. Outside, enjoy sun loungers, a barbecue, private parking, and a partially fenced garden. Optional Utilities & Service Package An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
