Semi-detached house 150 meters from the beach with private pool

It is located just 150 m. from the beach, and a step away from the Rio Nalon street where many of the best restaurants and ice cream parlors in the area are located.
The house has 3 bedrooms located on the second floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, and 2 other bedrooms with two single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub upstairs and another one with shower downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for your stay.
The living room has a TV, with free internet access and Neflix.
We have air conditioning in the living room and the double bedroom, and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fan with remote control.
Services and common areas:
We have a porch where you can dine and have long after-dinner meals, a swimming pool for private use, a large lawn area where you can sunbathe or where children can play, and an enclosed back part with sofas, table and 6 chairs for the coldest days.

******IMPORTANT:
** Cleaning is a mandatory cost of 115 euros that is paid upon arrival.
** The security deposit of €150 will be deposited upon arrival and will be returned upon departure if the house has no damage.
** The entrance to the house will be from 4 to 8 pm and check-out from 9 to 11 am, after hours will have a surcharge of €30.
** Pool will be available from April 1-October 31
** A few days before guests will be asked for the necessary details for registration with the Spanish authorities and send them a vacation rental contract that must be returned signed.

Great villa, great location

The villa is classic Spanish in style with some modern twists. The pool and air conditioning were a must for us.Location is amazing, 200m walk to the beach and a handful of beach bars. 5 mins walk to the main strip lots of bars are restaurants to choose from.Communication in the run up to arrival was clear and frequent. The owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Family getaway

Nicely located close to beach and amenities. Children loved the pool, in every day. The property is directly under the flight path of the local military airport, training flights passing over regularly could bother some. Overall had a lovely stay.

Great house and location.

Great location, beach and restaurants a very short walk. Lovely pool and outside seating area. The house had everything we needed. Confusion with keys this was quickly sorted out. Slightly noisy through the day as it’s on a flight teaching path, also nice to watch the planes.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY

The property is the perfect place to stay. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Aurora and Ivette made us feel very welcomed and would often send a little message on WhatsApp to make sure everything was OK.The house was very clean and comfortable with air-con and ceiling fans . They have all the facilities you need cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer microwave etc, and even an indoors barbecue. Outside there is a seating area where you can eat and plenty of room for the sun loungers to soak up the sun. The best part was the pool, we both spent many hours in it. The sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away.The strip is 3 minute walk with many bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. We particularly liked the bakers and the ice-cream parlour. There is a supermarket at the end of the strip to get all your groceries.(Also there are 3 other supermarkets within a10 minute walk).We would like to thank Aurora and Ivette for making our stay that extra bit special and we will definitely be returning in 2027.

Perfect beach holiday

Los Narejos is the perfect place for a beach holiday. This house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. Great location. The house is in a quiet location and has all the facilities you could wish for. It is like a home from home - but I do not have a swimming pool!!! Important things are fans in all rooms, air conditioning and plenty of room. Aurora and Ivette helped me wit every piece of information that I required. Their use of WhatsApp and Google translate make communication so much easier. Thank you ladies for all your help. It was much appreciated.

Fabulous House, Perfect Location

My Husband, 15 month old son and myself have just returned home after a fabulous week in this villa! The facilities in the villa were excellent, my son loved splashing in the pool and playing with the ball, buckets and spades provided by the owner! This was our first family holiday abroad so we were quite anxious however we felt it was like a home from home making the holiday a success. The location is perfect; within walking distance to the beach (literally one street back) bars and restaurants (less than 5 minute walk) but in a nice quiet street so no noise pollution from bars etc at night time! This is exactly what we were looking for, and this house delivered! We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting the privacy of a Villa but with the opportunity to walk to local amenities. Aurora was very helpful in the lead up to our arrival, recommending the best shops and even buying us in some supplies to get us started. Layla was also very helpful, she was on hand to answer any questions we had about the property throughout our stay. Overall we had the best time and will definitely keep this villa in mind for our future holidays! Thank you for making our first family holiday a success! The Chalmers Family x

Fabulous 😍

Fabulous communication with the owner pre & post arrival. A morning check in & an evening check out to fit in with our flight times kindly granted as a quiet rental time. House was spotless and had a real 'home from home' feel ❤️ Lovely pool, board games, beach toys, chairs & parasol.....mosquito repellent candles & matches, even a basket of (used) sun cream (which we used on the last day as we'd run out!) ice in the freezer, box of tea bags, coffee, sugar, salt.....I could go on!! Bottle of fizz & champagne flutes on the table when we arrived! There was just everything and more for a great sunshine holiday! Lovely local lady (not the owner) met us at check in & check out and was fully available for queries during our stay. LOCATION IS FABULOUS!!! 3 minute walk to beach one way, 3 minute walk to full street of bars & restaurants the other way, loads of supermarkets a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Huge Saturday market 8 minute walk away. Locals are very friendly. Some beach bars/restaurants were closed due to low season, but several that were open, friendly and offered great food & drink options. Our favourite (can't remember the name 🙈, but leave the house, go to the front & turn left and it's about 10 minutes walk along the promenade) had fabulous food & service and there were also sunbeds including traditional palm parasols for €4 a sunbed for all day on the beach right in front of it!! Also (clean) public toilets there too 😊 We just absolutely loved everything!
