Although we enjoyed our stay we think that a fair bit of updating is required and there was some sort of drain problem with the associated smell and despite a complete bottle of bleach we could not eradicate it. The furniture and appliances was very good

Fantastic Stay at The Shanty

Excellent stay at this property. All fully equipped with everything we needed. Home from home. Beautiful large garden with stunning views and built in bbq. Would sit here every morning and evening and listen to the sea which was a short walk away. Very friendly and peaceful area to stay. Was in contact with the owner twice. He responded immediately on both times and the second time was to see if I could extend my stay that is how much we enjoyed our time here. Already looking at booking next year.
