About this property

Situated in Pueblo Evita community, Benalmádena Costa. There are only a couple of steps to the apartment from the street, yet it has a spectacular view to the other direction.

It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a combined kitchen and living room, alltogether 60 square meters, plus a terrace of 18 square meters with a view to the pool are and town. You can also see the sea.

The apartment is furnished in Scandinavian style. Kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, a coffee and tea maker, a stove and oven, a microwave oven and a toaster. In the bathroom there is a washing machine Also in the apartment there are a safe and a smart tv. Wifi, air conditioning and heating, electricity, linens and towels are included.

Pets are welcome.

Pools open ONLY seasonally (claims for temporary closure due to low season or bad weather will not be accepted)

Pueblo Evita has a large pool area and indoor swimming pool. There are two restaurants (British style breakfast and lunch restaurant and a pizzeria with a stone oven by the pool area. The community is by Avenida las Palmeras, that has lots of restaurants, including the owners´ favorite Da Checco&Paola that serves Italian food and Argentinian steaks. You even find a Mcdonald´s there.

Large food store Mercadona is at the opposite side of Pueblo Evita at Av. las Palmeras.

The beach (Santa María, the best beach in Benalmádena) is only about 400 meters away. There you can rent sunbeds and parasols. At the beach there is a beach walking path with lots of restaurants. You can easily walk to the appraised port of Benalmádena, Puerto Marina.

At Av las Palmeras there is a taxi station. From the beach street (Avenida del Sol) buses go to for example Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Málaga. The train station is near (about one kilometer) in Arroyo de la Miel. Trains go to Fuengirola, Málaga airport and Málaga city center.

In the area there are lots of golf courses. The nearest is appreciated Torrequebrada Golf.

Très bien

En général nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre appartement. La vue de notre balcon était magnifique! Près de toutes les commodités (épicerie, restaurants, plage et arrêt d’autobus). Un bémol…l’appartement est au 5e étage donc plusieurs marches à monter à partir de la piscine. Nous avons eu un problème de fourmis dans la cuisine qui a été souligné à la direction. Dans l’ensemble nous avons apprécié l’appartement.
