Full of character and charm, this delightful, historic cottage offers an original Moab experience in one of the best locations in town.

This quiet, lovingly preserved, modest, stand-alone home is a wonderful, year-round vacation retreat for couples, families and groups of friends. Enjoy the colorful spring gardens, laze under cool summer shade trees or huddle around the indoor fireplace when the weather turns cool.

Located on a large private lot, the cottage provides 1,600sqft of indoor living space and is beautifully furnished throughout. The home includes king and queen size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and front and back entertaining areas with a BBQ grill that are ideal for making the most of Moab's great outdoors.

With an excellent location in the center of town, the cottage is 5 miles from the entrance to Arches National Park. Cafes, restaurants and shops are only steps away, and the beautiful indoor and outdoor pools of the Moab Aquatic Center are a short, one-block stroll through nearby Swanny Park.

Perfect, centrally located for a small group

The Town Bungalow is beautiful, clean, well-decorated, and very close to Arches National Park. We stayed in early spring and loved using the fireplace when it was cool at night, the front porch when the warm sun set there, and the backyard for grilling and eating outdoors. The bungalow is perfectly preserved, beautifully decorated, well-stocked kitchen and laundry. It is like home away from home. Walkable to all stores and food coop in Moab. We loved it!

Perfect Bungalow

Perfect!

This bungalow is perfect for several couples or a small family. It is decorated perfectly! We were two couples staying in Moab for 3 nights and we were able to spend lots of time on the porch relaxing. It is 1/2 block off Main St and you can easily walk to eat or shop. I highly recommend The Town Bungalow!

This is the perfect location from which to explore Moab. The cottage was outfitted stylishly, Wendell was an outstanding host and the location was perfect. The cottage was extremely clean and the outdoor patios made relaxing at the cottage comfortable. This is the best place to stay in Moab!!

Awesome Accommodation

We enjoyed our stay and the special touches. Wendall's "Southern Hospitality" was alive and well. Cleanest and crispest sheets we've ever slept on! It will be hard to sleep in our own bed without thinking of the linens.

Impressive and very relaxing - must stay in Moab

The Old Town Bungalow is the perfect place to stay during your travels to the Moab area. The house is charming and well-appointed; making your stay an enjoyable one. The owners have done a great job keeping the old charm without sacrificing modern amenities. During our stay in July, we beat the heat by hiking and sightseeing during the morning and then spent the afternoons enjoying drinks on the front porch. Our initial plan was to go out for dinner each night of our stay, however after finding the house and the backyard so relaxing, we ended up staying home and barbecuing three out of the four nights during our stay at The Old Town Bungalow. The house is in the middle of town, so you’re within walking distance to many of the shops and restaurants. It’s a short drive to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Dead Horse Point SP, Sand Flats Recreation Area and Corona Arch. So overall a great location to experience all that the Moab area has to offer. The owner is extremely nice, accommodating, and very knowledgeable on the area. He went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and he gave us great tips on what to do and see. I highly recommend staying at The Old Town Bungalow and I plan staying here again!

A Trip Highlight

Town Bungalow was a highlight of our trip to Utah. The property is charming, thoughtfully equipped and meticulously maintained. And such a delight to relax in the shady backyard or front porch after morning hikes and walk to town or the Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center (which my kids loved!). Wendell was an exceptional host - ensuring that all our needs were met and providing wonderful recommendations. We adored our time at Town Bungalow and would highly recommend!

Wonderful Home in a Peaceful In Town Setting

We really enjoyed our 5 days at Wendell's roomy and comfortable house in Moab. Everything is quality and set out in a way that is at once full of ease and full of grace. The gardens and yards are lush and shady, a welcome contrast to the desert surroundings and the location only a block from town is very convenent. The kitchen is well equipped - we prepared all our meals there - and Wendell was a great host.

This might just be the cutest house in Moab! It is extremely clean and has everything you need! They have thought of everything! We were only there for the weekend, would have loved to have stayed longer. We enjoyed the front porch, the backyard, and walking to town for ice cream! We hope to stay again the next time we are in Moab.

Charming and Clean, Amazing Location!

We spent two nights at this most charming cottage in Moab. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more--the house is warm and clean and inviting; it has super comfortable beds, newly renovated bathrooms, an incredible yard, and had everything this family of six needed. Wendell was awesome, checking in periodically. Location is amazing! You can walk to everywhere in town and it's a short drive to some of the most beautiful scenery our country has to offer!

Beautifully renovated, oozing with charm, fantastic location, attentive owners, need I say more? One of the few early 1900's cottages left in Moab. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, rec center. Well equipped with everything you need. Our teenage daughter loved the loft!

The best place to stay in Moab

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the Town Bungalow in February. It was cold outside, but the house was very warm and inviting. The central but private setting gave us great access to Moab and the parks. The house retains all its original Craftsman character while being thoroughly modern with every amenity needed for a wonderful stay. Three bedrooms make it perfect for a large family or multiple couples. Wendell made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a great one. We checked out a lot of places to stay in Moab before we booked the Town Bungalow. Our recent stay only confirmed that we feel it is the best place to stay in Moab.

Wonderful home!

We loved our stay in Moab over Thanksgiving. The house was pristine and darling. We had everything we needed and Wendell was very responsive. Easy to get into town and out onto trails for hiking/biking. Would definitely recommend this home.

This super cute cottage was immaculate, recently updated and perfect for our stay. It is within walking distance of great Moab shops and restaurants. It’s obvious the owners care a lot about giving renters a quality experience. We would definitely rent this again!

Charming bungalow with a great, in-town location with a really cool back patio.

The best part of this bungalow is the location. You can walk to the main drag with most of the town’s restaurants and shops as well as the local rec center that has a workout facility along with indoor/outdoor pools. The house also features a really cool yet private back patio for grilling as well as a covered front porch for enjoying that morning coffee. The house has A/C but it also benefits from having some very large and mature trees which provide ample shade. The landscaping is also meticulous. It doesn’t feel like you are in the middle of the desert.

Awesome home, and location-Perfect in every way

This is the perfect home away from home. Very roomy, tastily decorated and plenty of style and character. The owners checked in with us, to see if anything was needed, and the attention to detail was amazing. From cold water in the fridge when we arrived to soaps in the bath. The location of this home is perfect for Arches, Canyonland, and all that Moab has to offer. After driving 1600 miles to see AZ and UT National Parks this was our favorite. Our family loved sleeping in and be at the parks within 10 minutes and to be able walk to dinner, shop, buy coffee and groceries. Our only regret is not having the time to stay longer.
