Our spacious and IMMACULATE two-level town home has been newly furnished and decorated--not your typical rental! Tastefully appointed to make it your home away from home.

Our town home has a master suite with a king-size bed, its own spacious two vanity private bath, and flat-screen TV and DVD player. A walk-out balcony provides breath-taking views of the La Sal mountains and the Moab Rim.
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed.
The third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share an adjacent full sized bathroom. Our unit can comfortably sleep six.
The main floor contains a cozy living room with two leather sofas nestled around a gas burning fireplace and a flat-screened television. A comfortable dining area seats six and breakfast bar seats four. A half bath is located on this level.
If you enjoy cooking, we have a fully equipped kitchen.
Have to do laundry? A high-efficiency washer and dryer is included for your convenience.
The two car garage enables you to store gear and other items securely. It also features a bike rack and repair stand for cycling enthusiasts. Local area maps are displayed highlighting Moab's great outdoor activities.
After a fun-filled day of outdoor activities you can relax by the pool and hot-tub, while the kids enjoy the playground. For those who enjoy more traditional sports, take advantage of the lighted tennis and basketball court. Or just plain unwind on the condo's private patio with a glass of your favorite beverage!

Very quiet neighborhood, great location, and having access to two pools and a hot tub was perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend and stay here again!
Love that even though it was a busy week in Moab the property was very quiet. Very spacious and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Had everything we needed to cook our own meals and loved having multiple bathrooms with showers.

Great Vacation
This is a very nice property in a great location. Just far enough outside downtown to avoid the crowd, but close enough to enjoy what the town offers. Highly recommend Karen's home for a stay. Thanks Karen
We rented this condo for a week to explore the Moab area and had a fantastic time. The owner was very responsive and easy to work & communicate with. I was out of cell data range upon arrival and unable to access my email with entry instructions. Karen responded very promptly, ensuring we were all set. Location is slightly south of Moab yet a short drive to any and everything. Nicely furnished place with comfortable beds. Would definitely rent again!
Our hostess was very helpful from the booking process to our checkin and during our stay. We needed more supplies and Karen helped us. Her home is lovely, well supplied, quiet time in a busy little town

This property made for a great home base for all our Moab adventures during our week long stay. Owners were responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Property was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. The pool and hot tub at the complex was a hit with our kiddo. Having use of the 2 car garage made things very convenient for loading/unloading all our gear for long days of activity. Unit is convenient to town and the views of the La Sals are great. Excellent VRBO!
This home was very clean. It provided basic cooking items like spices and oils. It was very convenient to be able to park our vehicle in the garage. Great location to explore Arches National Park and Canyon Lands National Park.
Enjoyed the mountain bike vibe! Overall, the property worked very well for us - roomy, clean, very nice upstairs, with new carpeting. Might be time for a new mattress in the master. Seemed way too soft. Also, some small night lights would be very helpful!

This condo is in a charming development with great views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim. It is clean and comfortable, and the owner provides a lot of helpful information about Moab. The location off Spanish Valley Drive is convenient for our road-biking needs, and the drive into town was easy. We will stay here again!
The owner was exceptionally responsive. Property was clean and well-maintained. It is in a safe neighborhood with garage parking and even a bicycle repair stand.
Karen was wonderful to rent from. She was devastated the condition it was in when we arrived. People before us left it unbelievably dirty & cleaning lady didn’t show! She found us a place to stay the first night while it was cleaned. We would stay there again!! Thank you Karen for handling a tough situation so well.

You may need to bring cleaning supplies. The owner expects the place left expectational clean... Cleaner than other rentals I've used in the past. But, I may have been fined for past renters issues.
We really enjoyed relaxing at the clean and comfortable townhouse after a day of hiking in the heat of Utah. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our needs and the garage was an added plus. The pool was a quick walk away and the scenery surrounding the complex was stunning. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the use of your place!
This condo was in a good location. The scenery is beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!
We had 4 adults and 2 children, and the sleeping accommodations worked for us. Having a pool to use was great after our hikes! We visited Arches and Canyonlands while there. Tip: if you plan to visit the parks, get to the park early. Arches closed the park at 7:30am one day and before 8:00am the next day because of the crowds. We went at the end of May.
This was a lovely home. My family of 4 was very comfortable for our week long stay. The location is close to the pool, which was nice. The garage is set up with basic tools you would need to work on your bikes and the binder of local mountain biking trails was helpful to look at.
