Perfect holiday home in Hossegor, sleeps 6 people. Approximate 80m2 with 150m2 garden.
This is our own holiday home, fitted to our needs as a young family. The house has a cosy atmosphere with a large and well equipped open kitchen. price includes bed and bathlinen.

Groundfloor (accessible via stairs): The kitchen has an oven and separate microwave. Dishwasher is available as well. Freezer is available but in the garage. The living room has a large dining table, and there are children/babyseats available. A large smart TV is available as well and the house has internet/wifi. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Second floor: the second floor houses 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. All bedrooms sleep 2 people, but a babybed is availabe in one of the bedrooms. For children we have a safety barrier as well to prevent falling out of the bed. Also a safety barrier for the stairs is installed. Bathroom has a shower (no bath), and a toilet. All rokms have built in wardrobes providing a lot of space for clothing.

Garden: very nice garden with privacy and no vis a vis with neigbours. There is a nice patio with a large automatic sunscreen.

Garage: a very large garage can be used by guests. Washing machine and dryer are in the garage. Freezer is im garage as well. Barbeque is available and stores in garage as well.
