Smart Home Sorrento combines an exceptionally central location with the comfort of a welcoming and functional apartment, ideal for couples, families and small groups of up to 4 guests.



Location is one of the apartment's greatest advantages. Sorrento's historic centre, shopping streets, restaurants, cafés and everyday services are all within easy walking distance, as are the train station and the port. You can enjoy your entire stay without relying on a car, while also having convenient connections for exploring the surrounding area and its most popular destinations.



The apartment welcomes guests into a bright living area equipped with air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The lounge features a double sofa bed and a dining area with a table and seating for four, creating a comfortable space for both relaxing and enjoying meals together.



Next to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen designed to provide everything you need during your stay. Facilities include a microwave, kettle and coffee machine, together with the essentials for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed meal at home.



The bedroom is quiet and comfortable, featuring a queen-size double bed, quality bed linen, a choice of pillows and blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. An open wardrobe and chest of drawers provide convenient storage for personal belongings, while a Smart TV, comfortable armchair and air conditioning complete the room.



The spacious bathroom has a window and features a large shower, bidet, hairdryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. A washing machine is also available, together with cleaning products, offering additional convenience particularly for longer stays.



The living area opens onto a furnished balcony overlooking the surrounding urban landscape, providing a pleasant outdoor space where you can take a break and unwind during the day. Check-in is carried out in person by a member of our staff, who will welcome you and provide all the information you need about the apartment and your stay in Sorrento. Your arrival time must be arranged in advance: after booking, we will contact you privately to organise your check-in.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, while check-out is by 10:00 AM. Arrivals after 8:30 PM are subject to a late check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival: €30 for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM.



Thanks to the apartment's central location, a car is not necessary during your stay. Guests who choose to travel to Sorrento by car will find paid public parking facilities nearby; rates may vary depending on the season and length of stay.



At check-in, every guest is required to present a valid identity document, as required for registration with the relevant Italian authorities.



The Sorrento tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash upon arrival. It applies from April to October and is €4.00 per person, per night; guests under the age of 18 are exempt.
