2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the Mar Menor Golf Resort, 60 inch TV. Shared pool. Large terrace balcony with table and chairs, charcoal barbecue and lounge suite It has views of the golf course.



The accommodation is equipped with: garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French etc.) The apartment has underground parking and a lift to the first floor also.



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.



The Resort

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel.



Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.



Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of bars/restaurants on the Mar Menor Boulevard



8 mins drive to Los Alcazares with beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurants.

Superior information by Murcia Holiday Rentals on booking, payments and general information. Very well organized ! The reception on arrival was quite poor. As there was no phone- or message-response by Joy Kundalia, I had to contact the Villa Solera Service office to get in contact with her and to receive feedback on my questions. This was really necessary as there was no (written) information available in the apartment regarding WIFI-code and functioning of the airconditioning. I suggest the availabilty of a short information leaflet in the accomodation. Last minor point was the absence of any kind of coffee making device in the kitchen.
