Albatroz Gorgeous & Spacious Villa in Carvoeiro

Located just a short walk from Carvoeiro, this stunning 4 bedroom villa is set on a plot of over 1000 square meters which is fully fenced and has electric gates. The driveway has space for several vehicles.



On entrance there is a spacious hallway, lounge and dining area with triple aspect windows flooding the area with natural light. Patio doors lead to the pool and gardens. There is a large fully fitted kitchen with door to the exterior, ideal for taking food to the BBQ and external dining.

There is an entrance bathroom and two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with patio doors to a small terrace. All bedrooms offer ample storage space in fitted wardrobes.

Externally there is plenty of grassed area for children to play, bikes to ride and a private heated swimming pool (optional extra) with 14x4 meters.

There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk and Carvoeiro is around fifteen minutes on foot. The areas offer many beautiful beaches and the Benagil caves are just a fifteen-minute drive from the house. The seven hanging valleys walking trail is also close by.

The villa has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is an excellent choice for a family holiday!

This was an absolutely amazing villa for our family of 8 adults We couldn't have wished for anything more. The location was great for walking to local restaurants and the beach. The kitchen was fully equiped with everything we needed. The outside area was large with a great pool. We would love to come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful and very spacious villa. An ensuite bathroom for every bedroom and an amazing well equipped kitchen. Lovely large pool and we made good use of the brick built BBQ. Every thing was just right for a very happy holiday in Carvoeiro. Albatroz Review 26

Excellent villa. Great accommodation, very well stocked with plates, cups, glasses etc. The pool is a superb size We had some unacceptable noise from the neighboring villa for a few days. Elite explained the limited powers available during the day which was helpful but nonetheless the noise affected our enjoyment for those initial few days. I found a dead rat in the pool which was a concern particularly as we had a baby. Elites response was excellent. The pool expert was on hand most days to ensure water quality.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Albatross villa!! It was beautiful and clean . The pool was lovely, we were so glad we paid to get it heated . A pool person came twice a week and cleaners came twice while we were there which was unexpected and a wonderful surprise. Katharine was so helpful and answered us back promptly when we messaged her. The villa was well equipped and beautiful. It was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend it!

fantastic stay, lovely villa. only down side to the trip was when we turned up the pool water was not clean enough to swim in. the host sent someone quickly but he didn't do a great job, but pool guy number sorted the issue the following morning. other than 2 upset children the first afternoon the holiday was perfect.

Wonderful family holiday!

House was really clean and very well equipped. We paid to have the swimming pool heated and temperature was perfect for our two small grandchildren. It is quite a walk to the town so would recommend car hire if you are taking little ones. Elite Rentals responded promptly to any queries we had. Would not hesitate to recommend. More plastic glasses for use by the pool would have been useful Outside lighting could be improved as it was very dark in the evenings even with existing outside lights.

we were there for a family get together, our canadian family and our family parts currently residing in london, it worked perfectly. the pool was great for the kids, the 4 bedrooms all with king size beds and private bathrooms were great. i also have to add that the ladies that did the weekly cleaning and bed changes were terrific (keep these folks and give them a bonus). there is a lot of walking up and down hill to the center so be prepared (or plan on a few extra ubertaxi rides, if you have young kidsolder adults). a perfect holiday (ps: we were there for a month).

Everything as it should be.

We have stayed in various villas in the algarve and this one is up there with the best. Everything you could ever require was available and it felt just like home. All bedrooms being en-suite was excellent for 4 couples and the pool was large and good fun. We just felt like we lived here and were part of the community. Being picky, I think some outside sofas for morning coffee and evening drinks would add that extra touch. Plus the large parasol over the table needs either changing or fixing as it is lobsided when in position.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Albatroz. The villa was immaculate with a large pool that our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Katharine and her team were easy to deal with both prior to and during our holiday. We had a couple of issues with sunbeds and shades that were sorted immediately. All 4 of the bedrooms were a great size and all en-suite to a high standard. A 5 minute drive into Carvoeiro with Feragudo only 10 mins away so perfect location. We were a party of nine (2 small children 1 & 4) and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend as also very reasonably priced for a high standard villa.

Fantastic holiday in a stunning Carvoiero Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Carvoeiro! The location was excellent – close to everything we needed yet still peaceful and relaxing. The villa itself was spotless and very well-maintained. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with appliances, crockery, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The lounge was comfortable and spacious with tasteful furniture which made it feel more like home than a villa. Not that we used them if we saw there were bikes provided too which was a great touch. We loved the QR code to help us manage his to use things without pestering the agent. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, and the whole property felt welcoming and well thought out. The heated pool was kept at a perfect temperature for swimming, which made it enjoyable at any time of day. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Carvoeiro.

Great house very comfortable lay out with plenty of room for privacy with two couples. The house is very well equipped with lots of items in the kitchen and working appliances. 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus one other bathroom. Some things could be better maintained or monitored such as the pool as the filter stopped functioning after the pool guy came by on Monday morning and should have returned later in the week but never did. Pool lights also did not light up one night and never lit up again. Outdoor lights were mostly burned out but they did come by to replace them. BBQ light is not functional making cooking outside challenging past 8PM. Other than that the hosts were super communicative.

Had a great week in this villa. It’s clean spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. Air con in all rooms and security shutters on all doors and windows for added peace of mind while away from the villa. Only slight issue for us was getting a constant shower temperature at times. The host was very quick to get back with any queries and sent someone round within 10 minutes to sort out a minor issue on our arrival. The pool and outside space was great! We had it heated and it was comfortable to stay in for hours. It has a good shallow end that an 18 month old could walk in. There was lots of floats and other outdoor bits left in the garage that we used. Would stay again in the future!

Superbe villa

Très grandes chambres, très grandes pièces communes, garage pour les voitures et surtout une superbe piscine ! La localisation est parfaite. Nous y avons passé un séjour incroyable. Petits bémols : la communication est très compliquée. Il faut envoyer plusieurs messages pour avoir une réponse et nous ne sommes pas prévenus des horaires de passage des intervenants (pisciniste, femme de ménage, plombier). Les jacuzzis ne fonctionnaient pas, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude dans les salles de bain du bas (problème résolu pendant le séjour) et une des baignoires du haut est restée bouchée tout le long malgré notre signalement le premier jour. Les interlocuteurs sont toujours aimables et agréables :)
