THIS SPLENDID VILLA IS IN A MARVELLOUS LOCATION, JUST A SHORT STROLL FROM THE CENTRE OF CARVOEIRO AND THE BUSTLING SHOPPING AND DINING AREAS AND THE TOWN BEACH.



It's also located opposite to the access staircase down to Paraiso beach, which must be one of the least known beaches in the area, from the restaurant to the beautiful golden sands. From the back gate of the villa you can walk across to Monte Carvoeiro which has an attractive centre with several restaurants, bars and an useful supermarket. On the upper level there are two delightful double bedrooms each with en-suite shower room, one has doors to the upper terrace with dramatic sea views. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the lower level there is a twin bedroom and adjacent shower room. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to secluded rear sun-trap terrace. Large open-plan living and dining area with probably the best views from any kitchen you have ever seen! Ceramic hob, oven, American fridge freezer with water dispenser, washing machine and tumble dryer. Comfortable lounge with wood-burner, plasma screen TV. Very large doors open right up to the terrace, taking full advantage of the fantastic views.



The private swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee.

The home is in a beautiful location overlooking the limestone cliffs. So near the town, ease of access to many restaurants. Access to cliff hikes out the door. Pool and outdoor spaces! There were a few cockroaches inside.

Location, villa, pool. It was well equipped in the kitchen. The terrace and the pool were in constant sun, and two sunshades were not enough. We struggled to find shade. The upstairs ensuite bedroom, without access to the balcony, smelt very badly of drains for the whole of the week.

Pilates Retreat

This villa just got better as the 5 days went on. The location, view, cleanliness. A lot of space. All rooms en-suite. Several areas to do Pilates. So much so I have booked it for the next 2 retreats. Absolutely wonderful stay and I have been doing retreat in Portugal for 20 years. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic location

Was here with the family. Brilliant location and great house with stunning ocean views and lots of space. Would definitely come back. Slight misunderstanding with the heated pool. We did not realise it needed 5 days to be heated up so sadly it was too cold for the 2 year old that was with us. Great stay overall though.

Great location & lovely layout inside and out.Amazing sea views and perfect spot for so many great restaurants and well stocked Spar shop just a short walk away.A few minor niggles mind, dishwasher trays missing rollers so the bottom tray crashed down when pulled out, wardrobe door hanging off in one room (so we removed it completely), shower tray not sealed properly in one en-suite so sand coming up from base. None of this was show stopping but we just felt the property could be better maintained for what we paid.

Could be better

Your help was good. However for the price payed the owner need to spent money . The whole pool area need painting and replanting. At the moment it lets the whole villa down. So wouldnot recommend it.

Perfect Location for a chilled stay

What a beautiful villa this is with the most stunning view. Brilliantly equipped - the shed of dreams including all the pool inflatables you could wish for. Our group of 10 stayed here with adults, teenagers and young toddlers. So much space and everything you could need on hand for a really comfortable stay including a brilliant bbq set up. Walking distance down the hill to the centre with beach and plenty of nice restaurants. Also a great cocktail bar and more restaurants out back with a spar shop in close walking distance. The communication from Elite was always timely and professional. We didn’t bother hiring a car opting for airport transfers and Uber for getting around which was really easy. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location, excellent town!

9 of us in the family and we still didn't fill the place up. Everyone gets a bathroom, spacious inside and outside. Pool was great, outdoor grill. Then the location is terrific" perched on a cliff top in a quiet spot (likely busier in the summer) with a few amenities and restaurants in our neighborhood. a 10 min walk down into town gets you to the beach and the very active town! Plenty to do and the beaches/cliffs are insane.

Mooie ligging met nodige gebreken

Had er meer van verwacht voor die prijs - Moesten luiken sluiten om 2e overstroming te voorkomen - hordeur zonder gaas - douchedeur zonder rubbers en verroest - kaal versleten bankstel gecamoufleerd met dekens - twee dagen geen warm water door foutieve instelling - incomplete keukeninventaris bv geen koekenpan en weinig glazen en bestek voor 10 personen - niet werkende Wii, voor kinderen teleurstellend - bijna alle ligbedden aan het zwembad de pootjes los, zelf gerepareerd - tijdens douchen regelmatig kraan dicht, om overstroming te voorkomen - een toilet die maar bleef doorlopen De ligging maakte veel goed, daarom nog 3 sterren, maar het viel ons tegen helaas Eigenlijk zouden we een claim moeten indienen of deel van het verhuurbedrag terugvorderen.

A wonderful stay in Carvoeiro!

We are two families (5 + 4 people) hwo have had the best autumn vacation in Carvoeiro! The villa is really lovely and spacious, clean, well maintained, and well-equipped and is located just a 5-10 minute slow walk from the city centre. Specially, we loved the outdoor area with a nice sundeck, heated pool, and large barbecue- and dining area The communication with the owner was informative and fast. We would love to come back one day soon!

The views are unbelievable - property is large and spacious and in the perfect location! Directly opposite is our favourite restaurant Mar d’Fora beautiful and to the back ‘the cocktail garden’ best cocktails on the island

We loved the house, location and pool so much! Steps from a small grocery store, many restaurants, and the beach. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was absolutely wonderful! Tons of beach towels and all household products were available. We would absolutely recommend this place!

öffentliche Müllcontainer vor und hinter dem Haus - Lärm bis 2 Uhr nachts !

Schönes Haus, fehlerhafte bzw. fehlende Angaben und Warnungen. Hauptkatastrophe: Die Müllcontainer werden regelmäßig von der Gastronomen bis zwei Uhr nachts mit einem Höllenlärm beschickt. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster wacht man auf. Dito beimMEntleeren, was ebenfalls in der Nacht ! oder Sonntag morgens um 7 passiert! Keine Doppelbetten vorhanden sondern nur französische bzw. Einzelbetten mit 12 cm Fuge! Eine Dusche defekt nur ZU heißes Wasse! Eine Duschablauf defekt, Gestank unerträglich. Beides wurde trotz Meldung nicht behoben. Spülmaschine wäscht nicht ordentlich.

Einfach nur fantastisch

Wir sind einfach nur angetan von diesem Ferienhaus. Es passte zum Inserat. Äußerst großzügig - größer als wir erwartet hatten. Auch wenn es mal ein kleines Problem gab - die Agentur hat sehr schnell geholfen. Und dass die Algarve einfach mal nur großartig ist, brauche ich wohl nicht zu erwähnen.
