Villa in the hills of Versilia, with a pool, garden, and terrace overlooking the sea

Villa Casorino is a beautiful, 3-bedroom home spanning over 220 square metres, where the classic charm of Tuscany blends with a stunning ocean view.
This tastefully renovated property is located in a small village just outside Viareggio, a 20-minute drive from the renowned city of Lucca and the luxurious resorts of Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta, as well as a 30-minute drive from the Pisa airport.
With a garden of approximately 200 square metres and a delightful 8-meter by 4-meter swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use, Villa Casorino is your private retreat for a holiday in Tuscany.
Upon entering the property, you’ll be captivated by the chestnut-beam ceilings typical of ancient Tuscan farmhouses and the travertine finishes that surround you.
An unconventional layout places the sleeping quarters on the ground floor, while the ground floor houses the living area, which opens onto a vast terrace where you can spend unforgettable evenings overlooking the entire coastline—which at night transforms into a sea of lights.
The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and taste to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The master suite, featuring a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower, is furnished with a large double bed (as well as a third bed), while the other two double bedrooms share a charming travertine bathroom with a shower. The kitchen, equipped with all appliances, is perfect for the food-loving traveller interested in preparing traditional Tuscan dishes with local ingredients.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.
The private parking area can accommodate two cars.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available; for internet access, you can use the 27" Mac computer included as part of the house’s amenities.
The property is centrally located for hiking or mountain biking excursions along Versilia’s most beautiful trails: three mountain bikes are available for guests to explore numerous trails of varying difficulty levels.
With its unique setting and strategic location, Villa Casorino is perfect for your next holiday.
