Luxurious Villa on a holiday park, 5 kilometers from the beach. There is a communal swimming pool (not a private pool) , a playground, a sauna.
The cottage has two bathrooms, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob and fridge.Very good internet.
The terrace includes a beautiful lounge set (outdoor sofa with cushions) and dinner table

Please bring your own bed linen and towels. we don't rent them.
There are 6 beds, 3 bedrooms and 2 extra mattresses for the floor.

No rental to groups of young people.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön. Gute Zimmeraufteilung, schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alles wichtige war vorhanden, die Kommunikation war super und Check-In einwandfrei. Allerdings war die Unterkunft sehr dreckig. Das Wetter war schön, die Außenmöbel aber sehr verdreckt und eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Toiletten, Oberflächen und Geschirr haben wir vor Nutzung selbst reinigen müssen. Auch Schränke, Böden, etc. Waren nicht wirklich sauber und an vielen Stellen haben wir Haare und Dreck vorgefunden. Schade, weil uns der Rest wie gesagt gut gefallen hat.

Zum wiederholten Male haben wir dieses Haus gebucht und waren wieder begeistert. Ein sehr sauberes und nett eingerichtetes Haus, liebevoll dekoriert, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für einen Urlaub brauchen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ok! Für 8 Personen etwas schwierig! 4 Erwachsene in einem kleinen Raum, ungünstig!Nicht ausreichend genug Geschirr! Toaster wäre super gewesen. Bad EG ohne Duschstange und Vorhang! Alle 8 haben oben geduscht. Fotos nicht genügend aussagekräftig! Zu wenig wesentliche Eindrücke, zu viel Dekos auf den Fotos, aber keine Details! Sofa ziemlich ekelig! Unsauber! Ungepflegter Garten! Durch die Strassensperrung mussten wir einen großen Umweg in Kauf nehmen, um in den Ort zu kommen. Leider sehr einsam, ohne Anbindung an einen Ort.

Check-in über Schlüsselkasten unkompliziert. Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, für 8 Personen vom Platz her völlig ausreichend (2 Kinder schliefen auf vorhandenden Bodenmatratzen). Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Was uns fehlte war eine Mappe mit Beschreibungen für Kamin, Ofen und Sauna. Zudem war in der Hausbeschreibung nicht zu erkennen, dass es sich bei dem Ofen um eine Kombination aus Ofen und Mikrowelle (ohne Backbleche) handelt. Die Sauna ist eine Infrarotkabine (für eine Person), keine "richtige" Sauna. Dies sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr neu, verfügt über alles, was nötig ist und enthält sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich.

Wir waren mit sieben Frauen für vier Tage dort.Der Buchungsablauf und Check in waren unkompliziert. Das Haus war sauber, gemütlich und geräumig. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Die drei Doppelbetten waren gut. Die Lösung mit den zwei Matratzen für die siebte und eventuell achte Person für Erwachsene eher unbequem. Der Park ist sehr schön und ordentlich. Mit dem Auto kann man auf Grund der zentralen Lage viele schöne andere Städte erkunden. Zum nächsten Strand führen sichere Fuß und Radwege. Alles in allem waren es schöne Tage, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, Ausstattung war alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Einrichtung sehr maritim mit schönen Details. CHECK IN sehr unkompliziert, super! Einziger kleiner Abzug war die Sauberkeit. Böden und Ablagen ein wenig klebrig und das Geschirr musste einmal durch die Spühlmaschine gejagt werden. Ansonsten alles super und gerne wieder.

Het huis was niet goed schoongemaakt. Het was vreselijk warm boven, konden geen raam open zetten ivm ontbreken van horren. Geen airco aanwezig.

Ideal mit Grossfamilie mit Kindern

Haus lag in der Nähe von Pool und Kinderspielplatz...mit Kindern ideal.Das Haus war geräumig und nett eingerichtet.Mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand waren 6,5km auf angenehmen Wegen. Supermarkt leider weiter weg... Wir haben dort entspannte Tage verbracht.

Sehr schön!

Wir wollten spontan ein paar Tage Urlaub machen und sind dabei auf dieses Haus gestoßen, es liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, das Haus war sauber und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil für uns: Das kleine Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, ansonsten für uns das perfekte Haus.

Perfekt für unseren Urlaub mut Kindern, mirgens kann es gleich losbzim Spielplatz gehen. Strand und schöne Dörfer gut und schnell mut Augo oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Schöne Wanderungen möglich

Ruhiges Häuschen mit viel Komfort

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und über das Erforderliche liebevoll eingerichtet. leider ist der Weg zum Strand etwas weit, jedoch kann man auch anderweitige Ausflüge von dort aus unternehmen.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung

Das Meer ist ca. 15 Auto-Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Schagen ca. 10 Auto-Minuten. Einziges Minus ist, dass man selber Bettwäsche, Handtücher und alle Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs selbst mitbringen muss. Ansonsten echt toll.

Sint Maarten war einfach wunderbar

Das Haus ist sehr schön und wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir waren zu 5 ( Mein Mann und ich und unsere drei Kinder) alle haben wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wollten ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen dies kann man dort wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist für mehrere Personen sehr gut wir haben das schon anders erlebt vor allen Dingen beim Geschirr. Alles in allem ein paar sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumhaft

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Der Park ist sehr schön und der Pool auch zum schwimmen groß genug. Die Umgebung ist einfach toll, die Strände sauber und weitläufig, man hatte immer viel Platz!
