This stunning detached converted Coach House dating back to the 1890’s is located in the large, enclosed grounds of the owner’s house. The River Earn is at the bottom of the garden, accessed by a gate. The Coach House is only a minute’s walk from the heart of Comrie and all its facilities. Comrie is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just on the edge of the Highlands, and this pretty village boasts a variety of restaurants, bars and independant shops including a baker, butcher, grocer and delicatessen, whilst coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and bars flourish. For those with electric vehicles, there is a car park directly opposite the property with two charging points. The nearby town of Crieff, 6 miles, has a supermarket. Comrie has a busy calendar of events throughout the year from the Flambeau at Hogmanay (a traditional and spectacular torch lit procession) to the Comrie Fortnight in July. Local walking and cycling tracks abound and a 9-hole golf course is on the doorstep, whilst the famous Gleneagles Championship courses are only a 20-minute drive away. Watersports are available at St Fillans. Fishing is permissible from the garden and can be arranged elsewhere on the River Earn.
