Elegant 2-bedroom family apartment, swimming pools and sea views - FAMILIES ONLY
The Presidente apartment in Playa de Gandia is located in the north area of the beach, or Platja Nord, a few meters from the beach L ahuir.
It is a residential area, with less density of tourists. You will find the sailing area where children and adults can do windsurfing, kayaking, paddle surfing. There are even paddle surf yoga classes and then a healthy breakfast in the Chiringuito.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor. It is completely renovated and has air conditioning both in the living room and in the rest of the rooms. Free WIFI for homeoffice is good.
You will enjoy beautiful sea views from the terrace.
In winter is equipped with duvets. Heating.
Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, juicer, blender, pots, ... everything you may need for a long vacation.
The complex has the longest pool on Gandia beach with 32 meters long and garden area.
Parking space included.

Herrlicher Meerblick, direkt am Strand, sehr sauberes und modernes Apartment.
Schlüsselübernahme und Abgabe perfekt geregelt, sehr gute Kommunikation und Informationen vor der Reise.

Todo muy bien. Primera línea de playa, aparcamiento incluido, piscina enorme, acceso directo a playa, muy limpio. Quiza el precio sea un poco caro

Vacaciones sin agobios
Muy buena ubicación en primera línea. Gran urbanización, muy cuidada, con una excelente piscina. Apartamento completamente reformado y muy cómodo. Sistema de climatizacion que nos hizo olvidar la canícula.
A pesar de la calidad y el excelente servicio, el precio es un poco excesivo.
