This delightful first floor apartment is in a tucked away location in the heart of Beer village with its lovely beach, stylish galleries and local shops on the doorstep. Accommodation is all on one level with two bedrooms and an open plan living area with corner kitchen. No.3 Pioneer Apartments is a great option for two couples or a family looking for a value for money break on the Devon coast.
Beer is a traditional fishing village in a sheltered bay on the beautiful World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The port dates back to the 15th century and is charming with its beach huts and colourful boats washed up on the shingle. Stroll around the independent shops, galleries and cafes, take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Branscombe beach. Branscombe has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away.

Accommodation Open-plan living area Lounge/dining area: comfortable seating with corner sofa and armchair, dining table and chairs. Kitchen recess: electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. Double aspect. Bedroom 1: double bed, fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2: twin single beds and wardrobe. Bathroom: bath with shower over. Wash hand basin, WC.
Entertainment: For families: cot and high chair available.
Outside: Private parking for one car in Bay Number 3.  if you have a large vehicle, there is also parking permit is available with the property free of charge for Beer Main Car Park - within a 100 yard walk from the property.  You will be asked to provide us with your car registration before arrival.  The parking permit is electronic so nothing to display.
General: WiFi. Bed linen and included. Please bring own beach towels. Night storage heating. Pets: sorry no pets.
