Welcome to Casa Maria!
Amidst stone alleys, breathtaking views and the suspended atmosphere of a medieval village, a finely restored period residence opens up, ideal for those who want a romantic, relaxing and charming stay.
Here, the flavour of the past blends harmoniously with the comforts of the present, for a unique and memorable experience.
🏰 The house is on three levels:
- Ground floor: cosy, cool living area with service bathroom.
- First floor: double bedroom and shared bathroom.
- Second floor: large suite with double bed, relaxation area and kitchenette.
Each room reflects the authentic spirit of the medieval village and Sardinian tradition.
❄️ Modern comforts in a historical context:
- Dyson Pure Cool air purifiers/refrigerators in both rooms
- Samsung 12,000 BTU air conditioning and ceiling fan in the upper suite
- Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, linen, courtesy kit and everything you need to feel at home!
Access for guests
Guests will have access to all areas of the house.
Other things to keep in mind
The house will be rented entirely to a single family unit, of friends or couples.
Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per night
*only for the first 7 nights
