The House
- The entrance, through large sliding glass doors, opens into the living area with a cozy lounge, corner sofa, dining table, and an open kitchen—simple yet fully equipped with everything you need.
The double bedroom, decorated in warm ochre and sandy tones, offers a spectacular sea view from the large window directly facing the bed. A functional bathroom completes the interiors, which stand out for their fresh and delicate style.

The Outdoors -
Mares is surrounded by a covered veranda with sea view and a private garden. An outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and a small barbecue make the exterior spaces ideal for relaxing at any time of the day.

The Surroundings
- The location is truly privileged: the apartment is only 90 meters from the sea, right next to the natural pools of Li Baietti, easily reachable on foot. In just 10 minutes you can walk to the marina—where boat trips depart—or take the path to Li Cossi beach. At the same distance you’ll find Maya Square, with restaurants, a market, and services.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment, the veranda, and the private garden.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in wirklich traumhafter Lage! Verschiedene Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg zu einem sehr schönen, aber leider überfüllten Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Costa Paradiso sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung liegt in erster Reihe direkt hinter einem kleinen Bootshafen. Morgens gegen 7 Uhr werden dort Boote zu Wasser gelassen – das ist deutlich hörbar. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Bad sowie einem Wohnraum mit Küche. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch ohne Lebensmittel – vorhanden waren nur etwas Öl und Salz. Auch Toilettenpapier gibt es nur eine Rolle, alles Weitere muss selbst besorgt werden.Zwei Kaffeemaschinen sind vorhanden: eine Lavazza „a modo mio“ (Kapseln im Dorfladen erhältlich) und eine Moka. Der kleine Laden ist allerdings überteuert – für größere Einkäufe lohnt sich der Weg in einen Supermarkt.Seit Kurzem sind Parkgebühren von 8 bis 20 Uhr fällig. Obwohl bei uns ein Parkplatz inklusive sein sollte, steht nun eine Parkuhr – laut Aussehen vermutlich nicht ganz neu. Ein großes Problem war die Ameisenplage: Ameisen befanden sich im Bett, unter dem Bett und im gesamten Wohnbereich. Wir hatten täglich mit deren Beseitigung zu kämpfen – sehr unangenehm.Nebenan sind mehrer Nachbarwohnungen mit Pool, von der abends Lärm zu hören ist. Costa Paradiso ist ein ruhiger, aber weitläufiger Ort, der nur mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Vom Abzweig der Hauptstraße fährt man ca. 4 km bis zur Küste.Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt für uns nicht. Zusätzlich zum Mietpreis werden 150  für die Reinigung und 25  pro Person für Bettwäsche verlangt – diese Kosten sind im Inserat nicht klar ersichtlich.Ok, aber niemals mehr.

However, we do provide a courtesy pack that includes a roll of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper, a few capsules for the washing machine and coffee machine, etc. Grocery shopping is the responsibility of the guest. We also sincerely apologize for the issue with ants. We have already taken action and arranged for a disinfestation from the outside. Posizione magnifica! Bellissima esperienza!

Bellissima esperienza, la proprietà si trova vicinissima a diverse calette con scogli, scarpette da scoglio assolutamente da avere. La casa è dotata di tutte le comodità per trascorrere una vacanza senza particolari pensieri, lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Alcune delle forniture della casa sarebbero da rinnovare o risistemare (lavastoviglie leggermente dislocata, luci programmi spente, piletta del lavabo in bagno che a volte si incastra, piante nel giardino da potare, arbusti di vecchie potature ancora presenti nel giardino). Tutto sommato però tutte le forniture a disposizione rendono la vacanza perfettamente vivibile, in particolare stoviglie, microonde, bollitore,, lavatrice esterna, sedie per spiaggia ed ombrellone. Il servizio di supporto durante il soggiorno, quando se ne è presentata la necessità, è stato eccellente.

Direkt am Meer, aber nicht ruhig

Das Haus fanden wir wie beschrieben vor. Ein toller Blick aufs Meer. Direkt vor dem Haus liegt ein kleiner Schlauchboothafen, ab 7 Uhr morgens werden die Boote von einem Traktor ins oder aus dem Meer geholt. Im Nachbarhaus mit Pool finden große Familien oder Gästegruppen Platz- auch hier geht es belebt zu. Daran können die Vermieter aber nichts ausrichten. Insgesamt eine tolle Location mit saisonbedingtem Urlaubsflair.

Traumurlaub im Mai

Das Haus liegt unmittelbar, nur durch einen Parkplatz getrennt, am Meer. Große umlaufende Terrasse, teils überdacht. Durch Büsche umfriedet. Von den übrigen Gästen in der Ferienanlage haben wir wenig mitkommen. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut und im Grunde war das meiste vorhanden, was für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt wird.

Traumhafte Landschaft

Alles perfekt, hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden ... !! Für alle die es gerne einsam mögen, bis Ostern .., da ist allerdings auch kaum etwas geöffnet. Für Milch ect. muss ca. 25 KM mit dem Auto gefahren werden. Sonst nach Oster besser Ende April / Anfang Mai. C&R

Einfach perfekt!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist schlichtweg atemberaubend und unschlagbar! Das Haus ist freistehend, ruhig gelegen, in erste Reihe, mit unverbautem Blick aufs Meer - selbst von innen. Egal ob man auf der Couch sitzt, im Bett liegt oder in der Küche steht, man hat einen Blick aufs Meer. Schon auf der Anfahrt vom Ortsbeginn zur Unterkunft bietet sich ein Ausblick der meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen hat. Das Haus an sich sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern: Süß, gemütlich, wohnlich und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, große Kühl-/Gefrier-Kombi, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Espressokocher, verschieden dicke Decken...) Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief nicht über einen Kontakt vor Ort, sondern über WhatsApp, was es - gerade auch bzgl. der Ankunftszeit - sehr unkompliziert gemacht hat. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war auf Englisch und sehr herzlich. Das i-Tüpfelchen an der Unterkunft muss ich sagen, ist das Ferienörtchen Costa Paradiso an sich, was wirklich seinen eigenen Charme hat. Alle dort sind super freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Am 2ten Tag wurden wir an jeder Ecke von jemandem gegrüßt, es war fast schon familiär. Der nächstgelegene Strand bzw. die Bucht ist über einen kleinen Wanderweg (5-10min) erreichbar und wunderschön. Und die Sonnenuntergänge egal von welcher Stelle aus, wahrhaftig ein Traum. Mein Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung! Vom Gesamtpaket her war es einer der schönsten Unterkünfte in denen wir bisher waren. Wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub und eine tolle Zeit. Danke dafür, gerne wieder :)

Schönes Haus in sehr schöner Lage

Wir waren 2Wochen im September 21 in diesem Haus. Es liegt sehr schön ist mit allen möglichen Küchenhilfen ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Garten mit einer schönen überdachten Terrasse gehört auch dazu. Leider fanden die ansässigen Wildschweine den Garten auch sehr schön und haben uns öfters besucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Un angolo di paradiso

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Mares durante la prima settimana di agosto. La casa è in una posizione meravigliosa, in prima fila davanti al mare. Arredata in modo semplice e moderno, di recente ristrutturazione. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Une superbe semaine dans un Havre de paix

Mon compagnon et moi avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison. Malgres une arrivée tardive à Costa Paradisio, Manuela nous a trouvé une solution, merci à elle. Le logement était très propre. L'espace terrasse jardin est top et très intimiste. Nous avons adoré la vue mer et avons profité de superbes couchers de soleil. La petite douchette à l'extérieur nous a permis de nous rincer de la plage mais également de nous rafraîchir 😊 Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir réserver le logement pour 15 jours !
