About this property

Stazzo Isola Rossa in Gallura

This is an ancient and characteristic Stazzo that has been well-renovated and is now liveable, functional, and equipped with all amenities (washing machine, hair dryer, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, TV, etc.).
The two outdoor areas belonging to the house (Lu Caponi and Lu Pasturizzali) are very beautiful and pleasant.
The outdoor pergola, covered in wisteria and featuring a breakfast table, is bathed in the first morning sun, while on the opposite side, a sort of natural courtyard with a stone floor and a few olive trees shades the large area that can be used for lunch or dinner.
The interiors are well-maintained and match the published description... they’re even more pleasant in person!
The house is located 1 minute from the town of Paduledda, a small town where you can find a few shops (bakery, local products, fruit, auto repair shop, etc.) It’s also a 3-minute drive from the first supermarket you’ll come across at the entrance to Isola Rossa, which is very convenient for daily shopping.

Very nice holiday home close to Isola Rossa and beaches

We really enjoyed this quiet and nice holiday home, in the middle of an olive trees garden. Large terrace with a lot of shade under the trees with nice deckchairs. Perfect for a couple who likes privacy and still within 10 minutes drive to Isola Rossa and beaches. Very friendly owners who are really helpful.

very beautiful house with big garden

We really had a fantastic stay in Tonino and Maddalena´s house near Isola Rossa. We feel at home away from home. Tonino and Maddalena are wonderful hosts: reliable, very friendly and always helpful. The wonderful renovated house with a very big garden and lots of olive-trees is a quiet place to relax or/and to start visiting north Sardinia. The house is elegant, clean and quiet and we can confirm all the things of the description. If we come to Sardinia again, we will try to stay again at this wonderful place.

Vielen Dank! Grazie tante!
