Charming ground floor house in Sant Martí d'Empúries, a historic medieval village with quiet beaches of great natural beauty.

You will fall in love with the Roig house right from the start. It is a large and spacious house, with large openings that provide plenty of light and tastefully decorated to make you feel at home during your holidays. We enter the house through the main door and we are greeted by a large open space where the living room and dining room coexist. The windows are large and overlook the garden. From the living room we can access the outside porch which is equipped with a garden table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals and dinners. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped and renovated. The Roig house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and is en-suite, with a brand new bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and share a second bathroom with shower. The house has all the comforts to make your holidays perfect: wifi connection, board games, satellite TV, etc.

The exterior of the house is a very pleasant open plot (no fence) and the area where it is located is very quiet. Casa Roig is located a few metres from the village of Sant Martí d'Empúries and its beaches, in a unique natural environment.

You will love the Roig house if you are looking for a holiday home in a quiet area, with a unique environment and enjoying a spacious, bright house that has all the comforts.

Heerlijk rustig en fijn uitgeruste woning

Wij zijn twee weken in het huis verbleven en hebben het heerlijk gehad. Ons gezelschap bestond uit mijn ouders, mijn man en ik en onze twee zoontjes van 1,5 en 3 jaar. De tuin is lekker ruim en is schaduwrijk. De veranda zorgt ervoor dat je heerlijk buiten kunt eten. De keuken is fatsoenlijk uitgerust, meer dan voldoende bestek en servies en fijne pannen. Het enige wat wij even misten was een grotere braadpan, maar we hebben ons gered met de koekenpan en kookpannen! Ook de apparatuur is gewoon goed. Het strand ligt op 5 minuten lopen en is lekker rustig.
