Property was close to a tube station which made getting around the city very easy. Property was clean and well equipped.

Good location but, flat can use some tlc

I stayed at this flat with my two adult daughters for vacation in London. It was great in terms of not being too touristy or crowded and the tube station is so convenient. The down side was that the convention center at the end of the street is under construction and appears to be a major project - very loud banging starts at 8am. With the heat and no a/c in London in the summer, we had to have the windows open. There are no screens so we also had a swarm of flies to contend with all the time. The bathroom needs some tlc. The toilet handle and shower hand held unit are broken and thus, you cannot take a shower easily unless you are willing to use the rainshower head. The flat was not clean when we got there and there was hair and trash on the bedroom and living room floors. There was one fan available but, we could have easily used one or two more as the heat was a bit unbearable. There is coffee and a coffee maker but, no instructions and it is not easy to know how to use. The washer did work fine but, smells of mildew.

Nice flat top floor

It was a clean unit. We needed to keep windows open it was warm because the heat works well. The unit is on the top floor, lots of stairs. The owner/manager was awesome. Answered all my questions and even put up a Christmas tree not b per my request
