New 2 Bedroom House With Garden and Shared Pool

Casa Amendoeira is a newly built, semi-detached house in a cosy and quiet location just outside Moncarapacho, within walking distance of the village and all its amenities. It features a bright living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It also has a lovely garden with two terraces, a private parking space, and access to our pool. The house has everything you need for a great, relaxing holiday; the kitchenette is very well-equipped, and there is air conditioning in all rooms. Feel welcome! Accommodates 4 guests (+baby).

The space
Casa Amendoeira is a newly built, semi-detached house in a cosy and quiet location just outside Moncarapacho, within walking distance of the village and all its amenities.
The house is semi-detached (it is attached to our home, where we live with our two children); it is modern and features its own entrance and a large, private garden with two terraces. Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the cosy living room with a kitchenette. There is a lounge area with a sofa, an armchair, and a large TV, as well as a dining area. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all modern conveniences, including an induction cooktop, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. From the living room, you have access to the garden and the two lovely terraces, where you can spend relaxing hours.
The two bedrooms are spacious and bright; one bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other spacious bedroom has a double bed, which is nice and large at 1.80–2.00 m. Both bedrooms have built-in closets and access to the garden via sliding doors. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower. The house has air conditioning for cooling and heating in the living room and the two bedrooms, so it is very comfortable year-round. There are also electric shutters for sun protection or to sleep peacefully in the dark at night.

Surrounding the house is a garden with a nice lawn, and on our large lot of nearly 1 hectare, there are several trees typical of the region, such as almond trees (after which the house is named), olive trees, fig trees, and carob trees. New fruit trees have been planted, such as orange, lemon, and tangerine trees, so hopefully we’ll be able to pick plenty of fruit from our own trees soon.

From the driveway leading to the house, you can already enjoy the beautiful ocean view from our property, and of course, you’re welcome to take a refreshing dip in our 5 x 10 m swimming pool, which you’ll share with us. The pool has gentle steps leading into the water, and the depth increases gradually from 1.30 m to 1.80 m. After a refreshing dip in the pool, you can relax on a lounge chair on the deck surrounding the pool or on the lush lawn and enjoy the beautiful view, or you can unwind in privacy in your own garden.

You can enjoy a wonderful holiday, but even if you need to work, don’t worry—we have high-speed fiber-optic internet.

We provide you with all the space you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday and are here for you whenever you need us. We also make sure our two fluffy dogs won’t get in your way.

It’s always handy to have a car in the rural area where we live; you can quickly reach Fuseta or Olhão (where the nearest beaches are). Faro Airport is also only half an hour away. Many other nice places can be reached within 20 minutes, such as Tavira or São Brás de Alportel. But the biggest advantage of Casa Amendoeira is that you’re within walking distance of Moncarapacho—it’s just a short walk to supermarkets and nice restaurants, so you can safely leave your car behind.
