Villa Coral Bay is a charming holiday home for 8+2 people, located in a quiet development in Albufeira, close to all amenities. With a large private pool and spacious garden, it is perfect for families seeking a relaxing holiday.

The property has 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 double room and 2 rooms with a double bed and single bed. All have private bathrooms and access to a shared balcony. The 4th bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, and direct access to the pool and garden area.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a laundry room with an ironing board. The dining room, with a large table for 14 people, and the living room, with TV and comfortable sofas, provide access to the outdoor space.

The exterior offers a private pool (heatable as an optional extra) and an outdoor dining table, ideal for family meals. On the lower floor, there is a games room with snooker, table football, darts, and ping-pong.

The location is excellent, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Oura Beach is 2.5 km away, and the nearest golf course is just a 5-minute drive.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Changeover day is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Unbelievable - Greatest Villa

Wow - the villa was amazing, from the service provided by the agency to the cleanliness of it. We were a group of 8 lads and all loved it. The villa really made our experience of Albufeira the best. We will definitely look into booking this everytime we come to Albufeira. An ideal location, very modern facilities and layout, perfect for large groups. There were no faults!! 10/10 Nothing!! We were very happy with the villa and experience.

Brilliant stay

Fantastic stay at this property. Spacious and modern. 5 min taxi to new town, 10 mins to old town. Spar shop only 7 min walk. Quiet, safe area.

Beautiful Villa.

Honestly, what an amazing Villa. We are a family of 7 and the house was extremely spacious, clean modern Villa. It had everything we would need. The owners have thought of everything and it is most definitely worth every penny. We don’t normally stay at the same twice, but we will be making this Villa a regular occurrence. You will not be disappointed. Nothing it was perfect

Amazing villa!

This villa is outstanding. The description does not do it justice. It was amazingly clean and facilities exceptional. Me and my family from 2 years old to 66 years old all had a great time. The pool was great as were the grounds. We will definitely return there in the future.

Beautiful villa

Villa is very spacious and very comfortable. Equipped with everything you need. This makes an excellent property for all ages. A large garden area and lovely pool. A short walk to local shops and restaurants. Ticked all the boxes and much more can highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Immaculate villa with beautiful inside and outside space. Lovely pool and comfy sun loungers. Great for families. I would recommend a car for getting around and shopping, however taxis not expensive. No small supermarket nearby although large Aldi a drive away. The location is a good walk from the beach and located in a residential area that does appear tired. Villa located in the new town. Taxis to the old town available and worth visiting.

FANTASTIC VILLA, OUR HOLLIDAYS WERE AMAZING!

Where do I start? Villa so clean and well equiped, really prepared for our family. Everyone enjoyed their time and got crazy with this gorgeous pool! The garden was so wide, it was so much fun, the living room with the massive table was great for our dinners, the bedrooms and the confy beds were one of my favorite parts, I have a sensitive sleep and slept like a baby every night. The husbands enjoyed the pool table and the rest of the play room while the wives enjoyed their time drinking and chatting on the table outside by the pool. The location is great too, only 5 min aprox. by car to the beach, Praia de Oura was the one we went and was perfect! Restaurants and bars on the way, supermarkets 3 min by car to the villa. We loved everything, will for sure repeat next year! Thank you for everything!

Amazing home

This is a brand new home. A few glitches as is normal but the construction, finishes and decorating was 1st class. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property to everyone.
