Property management was excellent in communication and getting back to us with any issues. The property is very central which we enjoyed. Tavira as a whole has a lot of renovations going on.The property was very clean and cleaned during our stay.My only negative comments would be on the interior of the property. It is advertised as a high end rental, but beds and furniture are very basic, and for the 6 people that it sleeps there is very limited comfortable seating in lounge area which is an issue in the winter months.

Exceptional Property

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Outside space is the best we have had in Tavira. Hosts were excellent, always available if needed and couldn’t have been more helpful. Had a wonderful stay, wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Perfect location and a very comfortable property

The property is located in the ideal position to make the most of the town of Tavira. The inside of the property was very comfortable with everything we needed as a family. The outside areas were excellent, and when weather allowed, offered the perfect chance to relax in the sun!

We Love Tavira!

Great relaxing place

Nice stay here in Tavira, relaxing and quite. The property is in a place nearby the center, easy to find a place for food and evening walks. Close to the boat dock to go to Tavira Island beach. Angelino has been very nice and available to any our question we had. Recommended

Lovely house in a perfect location

Such a fantastic house in a great spot. On entering you have a large long hall leading to the three bedrooms. Stairs lead up to the kitchen, living area and access to the 3 balconies. All very spotless. Great welcome pack. There was only the two of us so we had plenty of space. Hope to be back

We arrived in Tavira in late April expecting cooler weather but it was unexpectedly warm. The house was very comfortable with excellent outdoor space ( three terraces- two very spacious and one smaller) - there was very good ar flow on the kitchen/living room level with doors open. The terrace off of the kitchen actually became an extension of the kitchen with most meals eaten out there. The gas barbecue was used often and was appreciated (first gas barbecue we've had in Tavira). The rooftop terrace was also very comfortable on hot days. There is ample air conditioning throughout and wi-fi was generally good in all areas of the house. One comment we would make is that since the bedrooms are on the ground floor, the windows open directly onto the street so we had to keep them closed at night. Also, it should be noted that two of the bedrooms are separated by a sliding door and one of those beds is a futon. All in all, very comfortable for us and quickly became our home away from home. Would also add that Carol was easily reached and was very responsive to our questions.

Perfect base for day trips in the Algarve

This townhouse is located near the waterfront in town and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, stores, and tourist sites. The three balconies allow you to follow the sun for most of the day and one offers a view of the water. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in for meals. We were there in the off season so the neighborhood was quiet. One thing to note is that free parking is about a block away and might be a bit tough to get in high season but we had no problem while we were there.
