Bad communication. Poor maintenance

Keep asking whatsapp question without considering answer provided. Many Burnt lampa, defect shower, sink and shower pipes obtructed. We had to buy toilet paper. We made a complaint at VRBO. Nevert rent from wonderful italy anymore

Avoid this management company

This place is in a great location and is fairly updated, but that’s about where the positives. It looked nice when we first arrived, and we were greeted by someone very friendly for check-in which went smoothly. But very quickly you start to notice cleanliness issues and other things, dirty water kettle & coffee machine, grime in sinks and showers, rattly and barely functioning a/c unit, water damage and possible mold on ceiling in one of the bedrooms, outlets and switches that don’t work, one dish towel. Biggest issue for us was the second shower was unusable because it was clogged, secondary issue was that the main shower shower head was totally clogged (probably with hard water) and functioned poorly. Management took over 24 hours to respond to our initial message and sent someone after about 32 hours and they only repaired one issue, replacing the shower head and still leaving one shower useable. My continued messages about repair of the second shower were ignored. This place could be much improved with a deep clean and a handy man to check functionality of everything in the property but avoid it until then. Not sure how they will handle my request foe refund.

Ideal for places to eat and transport connections

All was as advertised. Dario met us outside and then showed us the apartment and amenities. It's close to Piazza Amadeo metro station with regular connections to the Centrale Station. Plenty of places to eat and some shops.

Un appartement non conforme à la description faute d'entretien. Nous avons passé une semaine sans climatisation dans le salon, avec une lampe au plafond qui a clignoté nuit et jours jusqu'à qu'un technicien intervienne la veille de notre départ. Le menage n'était pas a la hauteur avec une poignée de cheveux dans la douche, un sol trÚs poussiéreux et une cuisine sale par endroit. L'évier de la cuisine et le lavabo d'une chambre sont bouchés...C'est dommage car il est calme, bien placé et proche des transports. L'entreprise qui gÚre ces locations pour l'Italie empoche les loyers et n'entretient pas. Une vraie déception qu'il soit référencé sur Abritel.

Joli mais ...

L'appartement est spacieux et bien situĂ© dans un quartier tranquille. Mais il manque d'entretien, toutes les robinets fuient et les Ă©viers ne s'Ă©coulent pas ou peu, la douche parentale en est inutilisable. Un manque de mĂ©nage. MeublĂ© Ikea qui vieillit mal. La lumiĂšre compliquĂ©e et inefficace notamment pour la cuisine, celle du salon qui clignote mĂȘme Ă©teinte soit disant pour la sĂ©curitĂ© mais c'est insupportable. La cuisine est mal Ă©quipĂ©e mĂȘme pas un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Nous avons signalĂ© mais la sociĂ©tĂ© wonderful Italy fait traĂźner. Elle a bien conscience qu'en vacances on n'a pas envie de s'ennuyer avec ça. Pour nous premiĂšre dĂ©ception sur Abritel

Appartement confortable et bien situé

Appartement trĂšs confortable et extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© dans un quartier trĂšs sympathique (prĂšs du mĂ©tro et du funiculaire). L’appartement est spacieux, ensoleillĂ© et tranquille (chambre dans une cours intĂ©rieure). La cuisine est fonctionnelle mais aurait avantage Ă  ĂȘtre un peu rĂ©novĂ©e. Une douche sur deux fonctionne moins bien.

Excellent location and very spacious apartment

This apartment is perfectly located for a longer stay - less than 5 min walk from a subway/train station (Amadeo - line 2) and taxi stand (with taxis present even at 3:30 am!), and close to restaurants, takeout, small groceries, and shopping of all descriptions. The apartment itself is full of light (the view is other buildings) with high ceilings and near floor-to-ceiling windows; both bedrooms have lofts. There are quirks - the showers are both low so 6' footers might need to stoop; more outlets/extension cords would definitely be helpful; and I was especially upset that even though

Great location. Perfect for families.

The apartment is located very close to a metro and shopping area/restaurants, which is what we needed. The cafeteria around the corner (down the shirt hill to the left) was so friendly and we made new friends. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great AC. We went during hot weeks so was very needed. Family friendly place. Just wished we would have gotten two keys. I should have asked. Would stay again.
