About this property

Salema, a beautiful beachfront fishing village is the backdrop for Villa Katiya, a beautifully situated holiday home with pool and the most beautiful sea views to be enjoyed from all rooms overlooking Salema beach and village. Upstairs are the living room, kitchen, guest toilet and access to the terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Downstairs are the bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool terrace and the exceptionally beautiful view to the Atlantic Ocean. One of the two bathrooms is en suite, the other bathroom is shared by 2 of the bedrooms. Very well equipped, modern and yet retaining the charm of "old" Portugal was the idea that was successfully implemented. It is a house to marvel at, relax in and enjoy. You can easily leave your car at home, it's only a few minutes' walk to the beach and the village. There are restaurants, cafés, a small supermarket and small shops.
