2 bed Villa, Large terrace with breath taking views only 3 minutes to the beach!

Ideally located modern villa, it sits high above all other properties, with breath taking views of the beach and the sea to enjoy and relax on the private terrace, living room, and front bedroom.
Bookings are Saturday - Saturday during peak season from the last week of July until the end of August. Off season flexible bookings are available.
Seahorses Villa is a 2-bed property, sleeps up to 4 people, 1 double bed with amazing sea view to wake up to. The twin bedroom overlooks the beautiful Cornish countryside.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers, a chest of drawers to store your clothes during your stay. There are USB charging points sockets for your phones etc.
Bed linen is changed on a weekly basis.
The modern bathroom has a shower, and heated towel rail. Guests will need to supply their own Hand, Bath and Beach Towels. Toilet roll is supplied initially.
The kitchen has ample space and storage to meet the needs of up to 4 guests, it has a large standing Fridge Freezer, microwave, electric oven/grill and all necessary kitchenware that you will need during your stay.
The dining area, has a table and chairs to seat 4 guests, at the front of the living room as the view overlooks the terrace and out across to the beach and sea.
There is a spacious lounge with 2 sofas which comfortably seats 4 people and a smart TV that you can access your favourite channels and more through your Apps but please remember to log out when leaving. There is another USB charger point below the TV.
Seahorses guests will have a private, large terrace area which is not overlooked by many other properties and has the best, most beautiful views on the resort.
On the terrace there is an extending table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining, If it’s hot, the large cantilever parasol will provide shade over the table.
There are 4 sun loungers for guests to relax on while reading a book and soaking up some Cornish sunshine.
If you love a barbeque there is a Lump wood BBQ where you can dine outside and enjoy the warm weather over a board game.
Seahorses Villa is a 3 minute walk from the beach and is accessed up 39 steps be advised that it will not be suitable for all but what you do get is fantastic scenery on arguably the best terrace on the resort.
It is located in a picturesque valley leading to a private sandy beach, with rock pools, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding available for hire for the more adventurous! Cold water beach shower and toilets are nearby.
There is a bar and a cafe close by if you fancy a drink or two after a relaxing day on the beach before getting back to the villa.
* Age range of Children suitable and set for this Villa is 9 - 17 Years. Please Ignore VRBO settings as it doesn't allow any flexibility.
* Parking in the car park is £20 per week with strictly 40 minutes loading/unloading outside the Villa steps.
