About this property
White Point beach house
White Point is set on a quiet peninsula between Eastbourne centre and the popular Sovereign Harbour marina.
This glorious beach house boasts eye-catching, contemporary architectural design and stunning sea views.
Set over three floors, and with outside space from all levels and both sides of the property, you can literally chase the sun from rising over the sea to setting.
Sleeping up to eight people across four bedrooms, and with three bathrooms, this is ideal for extended families.
A large dining kitchen is set on the ground floor at the beach-facing side of the property. Well equipped, with a double oven (one of which is also a microwave), hob, fridge-freezer, wine cooler and Tassimo coffee machine, it boasts a dining table to seat eight.
Sliding doors lead to a terrace with BBQ and outdoor seating if you fancy al fresco meals overlooking wild beach flowers and fauna.
This lower level also boasts a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier, plus a toilet.
Up a flight and you'll reach the spacious lounge on the middle floor with stunning sea views through floor-to-ceiling glass. Sliding doors open again to a balcony area with seating to soak up the scenery.
There is plenty of seating and a smart TV if you can drag your eyes from the views, plus a smaller dining table if you fancy a cheeky game of cards.
This middle floor also has a shower room and two bedrooms - a king-size with a balcony overlooking the front of the property, and a double bedroom.
On the top floor you'll find the huge master bedroom suite with its balcony, jaw-dropping sea views, king-size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Down a half flight of stairs at the opposite side of the house is the second bedroom with its huge, emperor-size bed, a small balcony and an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space, so there is no need to skimp when packing.
The cafes, bars and restaurants of Sovereign Harbour's Waterfront area are just 15 minutes stroll away. A retail park behind this offers a giant Asda supermarket, Boots pharmacy and various clothes stores to browse around.
Eastbourne pier is a pleasant two-mile walk down the beachfront promenade and the main town centre there offers an even wider array of eateries and shops, plus several theatres, a multiscreen cinema and the Towner Art Gallery.
Dogs are considered in this stunning beach house if they have been spayed / neutered but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information such as age, size etc and if accepted a fee applies.
There is driveway parking for a couple of cars, plus more street parking close by. WiFi provided, plus linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels).
Bookings are week long in peak season, although shorter stays may be possible out of season or last minute. Please ask the Exclusively Eastbourne team for more details.
Please be aware there are CCTV cameras monitoring the exterior of the property (driveway, plus rear terrace/entrance to the property) for security only. No cameras are inside the property, and the external footage will only be accessed in the event of an incident.

About the host
Hosted by Carl & Sarah Stanger at Exclusively Eastbourne

Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne.
Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.
Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes.
If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.
