La casa está en una aldea muy alejada de todo. La casa es como la casa de Dracula, oscura, no hay casi luz, es imposible mirarte en ningún espejo ya que no hay luz, no puedes ni afeitarte. El menaje de cocina es lamentable y muy sucio, en las habitaciones no hay perchas, las puertas de la cocina se desmontan , las camas están rotas ……el olor a humedad es impresionante tardo 2 días en irse con ambientadores , las duchas son lo peor no funcionan bien y están mal hechas …..hay algo bueno ? Si fuera de la casa , la barbacoa y la piscinita ….y ya ….Transilvania

Buenas tardes, Gracias de antemano por tu opinión/valoración pero también queremos dejar aquí nuestra respuesta. Antes de reservar la casa puedes consultar su ubicación y características en el anuncio y, por tanto, al ser casa rural se encuentra en una localidad y al ser "rural" es una antigua casa de piedra que ha sido restaurada según sus características anteriores, por lo que son casas más oscuras, ya que antiguamente las casas tenían pocas ventanas y pequeños tabiques con poca luz... Menciona algunos problemas con la casa que solo descubrimos al hacer el check out y ahora en este comentario, porque durante las 10 noches que estuvieron en la casa no dijeron ni pidieron ninguna limpieza ni ningún tipo de intervención de mantenimiento del equipo... si Lo sabíamos. En respuesta a estos problemas, proporcionaríamos de inmediato toda la limpieza y el mantenimiento necesarios para garantizar que estuvieran cómodos y bien durante el resto de su estadía... También nos gustaría agregar que la comunicación no siempre fue muy fácil entre las partes pero siempre estuvimos disponibles y en contacto. ¡Gracias y todo lo mejor!
