The apartment is located in the area of Las Adelfas which is very quiet and familiar area with a lot of greenery and small streets but at the same time just a walk away from the city and all that La Cala de Mijas has to offer.



The Space:

Around the corenr there is a family-owned Spanish restaurant, Ole!, a local favorite known for its authentic cuisine and warm atmosphere. Nearby, you'll find a Mercadona supermarket and convenient bus stops that provide easy access to both Marbella and Fuengirola. For those driving, free street parking is available right outside the building.



Stepping into the apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting living room to the left. It features a large smart TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table for four, and a cozy balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and more, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds, and the modern bathroom features a shower. There is a laundry room, located just to the right upon entering, with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
