Beautiful Place

This condo is very well equipped and is very comfortable. It is located in town, so you can walk to everything. The only thing that was missing was a closet in the 2nd bedroom- that bedroom does not have as much storage. Bathrooms in both bedrooms are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Just like home!

My favorite rentals are the ones that feel like you’re staying at a friend’s house. This was just that. Owners were a pleasure and their home is well located and perfectly provisioned. We’d absolutely stay there again and I plan to tell friends and family about it. Enjoy SV!

Wonderful Cozy Condo!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 Weeks over Christmas and New Years. This was our 9th trip to Sun Valley. We had such a wonderful experience! The condo was cozy and well stocked (very nice to have some coffee for that first morning after traveling). We loved being able to walk to restaurants in Ketchum. Although we were right in town it was very quiet. Having covered parking was very convenient, as well as having close proximity to River Run lodge. The master bedroom mattress and pillows were particularly comfortable! We especially appreciated having a Christmas tree and decorations on the balcony to enjoy. The large living room TV was great for watching movies and the Wi-Fi was excellent. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. Bruce and Kathy were very nice to work with. Thank you!

My family had an amazing vacation. The property was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Everything was within walking distance - including restaurants. Shops, and grocery stores - which made for very easy living, Bruce was a very helpful host. We would love to return again!

We really enjoyed this house!!

We stayed at this house for 3 weeks and never missed my own house. This house is so beautiful, high ceiling, wonderful living room and breakfast area, and The wonderful kitchen!! We cooked a lot and all the equipments we need are already here. Kids really enjoyed the backyard and Lucy Loken Park that you can access from the backyard. Josh is very responsive. We will definitely wanna stay here again! :)

What's better than a few days in the mountains winter or summer?!?! And Olympic Terrace is a great in-town location -- an easy walk to many great restaurants for cocktails or dinner, shopping, and a host of other amenities; and the free Mountain Ride bus service is just a block away.

What makes this property unique

The underground parking and elevator is much appreciated after a day on the slopes, golf course or bike trails, and delivers you to a freshly appointed open space condo & gourmet kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen & living area offers views to the east.
