and now also connected by Tram from the airport to Picardy place stop just outside the apartment.

A non refundable deposit of 30% required to secure the booking. Then full payment to be received maximum 6 weeks before arrival.

THEREFORE WE ASK IF YOU COULD REFRAIN FROM SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT AND THE CORRIDORS OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT AND DISPOSE OF ANY RUBBISH IN THE ALLOCATED BIN OUTSIDE. SO IT IS KEPT FRESH.
FOR US TO CONTINUE TO HAVE A HOLIDAY HOME FOR YOU WE LIKE TO CONSIDER OUR NEIGHBORS.
THEREFORE WE KINDLY ASK IF YOU COULD BE CONSCIOUS OF NOISE LEVELS BEING AT REASONABLE STANDARDS, SO THAT THOSE THAT ARE LIVING IN THE APARTMENTS ARE LEFT UNDISTURBED BY YOUR HOLIDAY.

Due to disturbance to neighbors from other holiday makers about noise levels I am under obligation to put strict policies into place as a control measure. If neighbors are disturbed due to the rules and regulations below being broken your holiday may be at risk of being cut short and you may be asked to Leave and may loose full amount paid at owners discretion.

• Drunken behavior or abusive behavior will NOT be accepted
• Loud music causing disturbance to neighbors will not be tolerated.

Getting to your Picardy Place holiday home could not be easier it is located in Edinburgh city center so Airport bus stop is within few minute walk; Edinburgh Waverley train station just 5 minutes away as well as the Bus station. Once the tram will work the stop from the airport will be just at Picardy Place.

Airport bus regularly runs between airport and City Centre (Waverly station) as well as the Tram runs from the airport and one of then stops is Picardy Place , near the apartment .
