About this property

90m2 lovely 1-bedroom apartment in Paleo Faliro

We have been living in this house for a decade. As we are both trained and practicing Architects, our personal space is extremely important to us. Over the years we have gathered custom furniture and decorative pieces that created a joyous and playful atmosphere we are now more than happy to share with our visitors. There is spacious living room, a dining room, a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom and a front outside terrace looking at the garden.

My husband and I felt very lucky to have found this property for our first time in Greece. It was the perfect location for us to visit Athens as well as being close to the Alimos Marina. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. There is pleasing art throughout and an extensive and interesting library of real books! The kitchen is well provisioned and we were able to make lovely breakfasts. The location is near public transportation. The host, George greeted us right away with a message and helped us figure out how to get to the property from the airport. Maria, the onsite hostess was exceptionally responsive when we missed our flight and had to change our check in time, helped us get more pillows, the European adapter for our phone charger and helped us further navigate the great public transportation system. We will definitely want to book again next time in Greece.
