Vista Panoramica flat has wonderful panoramic views across the bay in Son Serra. It is a 4 bedroom penthouse flat with a 2 large private terraces, plus the whole top floor terrace of 100m2 with a bbq area and beautiful views of the sea and Pollensa bay. It has 2 small bathrooms with 2 showers and a well equipped kitchen. The flat has a washing machine for laundry. The living room has a seating area as well as an indoor dining area with wood-burning stove for cozy Winter evenings. There are also outdoor dining options. We have a barbecue on the top floor terrace.

The flat is on the second floor and requires walking up 2 flights of stairs to reach the flat. The upper private terrace requires walking up a third flight of stairs.

The flat is well maintained and has double glazed windows and air conditioning. You will enjoy cooking on the large stove and will love looking out of the kitchen window at the nature reserve and sea. It still makes us catch our breath!

We have an electricity meter and include 100kw/h per week. If more is used we charge clients at the rate that the electricity company charges us.
