Capacity for 4 people, the property has a living-dining room with air conditioning, 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning, two full bathrooms and an independent equipped kitchen. It also has an interior patio and a large furnished front terrace.

Son Serra de Marina is a small coastal town, mainly composed of low houses, a few bars and restaurants, and a small supermarket. We had an amazing vacation at her place, the location was perfect for anyone that wants to get away from the tourist crowds, which was perfect for us! Also there is a store and a cute place to eat local food near by. I would definitely recommend.

Wir kamen nun schon zum 2. Mal her, da uns das Erste Mal (2020) sehr gut gefallen hat. Sehr nah am Strand (5 Min.) und direkt an der Moomba (sitzt man mega nah am Strand und kann gut essen und trinken, unsere Lieblingsbar) Einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit: MĂŒckennetze an den Schlafzimmern anbringen. Ansonsten alles Bestens und wir kommen sicherlich wieder -)

Alles war perfekt in dem gerĂ€umigen Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern. BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher und sogar BadetĂŒcher fĂŒr den Strand waren vorhanden. Einzigartiger Blick aufs Meer! Sandstrand nur wenige Meter entfernt. Eigener Innenhof zum Sonnen und Duschen. Ruhig gelegen, keine Hotels. Erstklassige Unterkunft, vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, war ideal, und die Gastgeber waren stets gut erreichbar und Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend. Ein frĂŒher Check-in sowie ein spĂ€terer Check-out waren problemlos möglich, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Die Wohnung war ordentlich, jedoch etwas kleiner und Ă€lter, als es auf den Fotos wirkte. Die KĂŒchenausstattung war was ElektrogerĂ€te angeht gut, könnte aber bei der KochausrĂŒstung noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Diese kleinen Details haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht negativ beeinflusst – wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub!

séjour sympathique, logement accueillant hormis les cafards mais la réaction de l'agence a été trÚs rapide . 1h30 aprÚs l'envoi du mail quelqu'un est venu nous mettre des piÚges dans la maison . à notre arrivée nous avions à disposition des boissons ainsi que du gel douche et du shampoing ce petit détail est appréciable

Son Serra de Marina est une station balnĂ©aire tranquille, du moins en mai oĂč l’on entend plus parler allemand, anglais qu’espagnol. Il y a des commerces : 2 supĂ©rettes, 1 pharmacie et de trĂšs bons restaurants tels que le BONAMAR (qui vous acceptera mĂȘme si vous arrivez aprĂšs 21h). Pour ce qui est de la maison, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le lave-linge et la terrasse sur le toit pour le sĂ©chage. Nous n’avons pris que nos petits dĂ©jeuners et un dĂźner. A noter que le toaster mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre remplacĂ©. Ce serait plus digne d’un superhost. ProblĂšme de calcaire dans les piĂšces d’eau, robinetterie, bac douche etc
 Le plain-pied ainsi que les 2 terrasses apportent un confort indĂ©niable. Encore merci pour les boissons et les gĂąteaux que nous avons trouvĂ©s dans le frigo Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Nous vous recommanderons.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Leider war es zu der Jahreszeit sehr kalt und das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber keine Heizkörper. Wir haben auf Anfrage und Bezahlung dann sofort die Fernbedienung fĂŒr die Klimaanlage, die auch heizt, sowie zusĂ€tzlich Decken, erhalten. Das Haus war sauber. Die KĂŒche hat leider nach stĂ€rkerem Regen etwas nach Ausguss gerochen. Insgesamt könnte die KĂŒche etwas besser an Töpfen und Pfannen ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten ist alles da.

GroßzĂŒgiges FeHaus

Das FeHaus ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 (kleineren) Duschen/WC gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse bietet viel (schattigen) Platz. Leider hat es ĂŒber mehrere Tage sehr stark nach Chemikalien gerochen und die Duschen/Armaturen haben starke Kalkspuren und wirken nicht wirklich sauber.

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Hier enkele verbeterpunten: In de keuken is het kookgerei te beperkt: geen ovenwanten, geen deksel voor kookpot, waterkoker lekt. De riolering op het terras is verstopt. De verluchting in de badkamers kan beter.
