Stay with Class

The Beds, Bathrooms and Kitchen seemed very clean, the floor was a little bit dirty. Communication with the host was really good, she wass really cooperative. However, it looked really different from the pictures on the Internet, and seemed a lot smaller.

We had a major issue with our stay. The electronic entry lock malfunctioned and we could not get into the apartment after dinner on our last night. This isn’t so much an issue, bc things happen. It’s how the host responded that was disappointing. During the ordeal, the host was uncontactable. None of the numbers VRBO had on file worked. The host claims there were emergency numbers in the unit but this was not true (btw if someone is locked out how would we have access to it). We finally got in at 3am b/c we called the alarm company and they were able to track down a key. Our family, including a 4yr old was exhausted at the end of this. And were leaving the next day. I can’t express how disappointed we were at the behavior (both the absenteeism and attitude of the host) following this event. Zero empathy or compassion by the host. We were exhausted the missed the check out time and the host basically said, we were even. I would not stay with any property from this host again. It’s not when things work well that set a host apart but when they don’t. This host failed us in the worst possible way.

Perfect for big groups and unbeatable location. At few steps to Arenas Shopping Mall and Fira Montjuïc, Plaza Espanya...

In the Eixample Esquerra, in front of the Parc Joan Miró, one of the green lungs of the city, and less than a ten minute walk away from Plaça Espanya, the Font Màgica and the Parc de Montjuïc. Just setting foot on the street you can find small shops, supermarkets and all kinds of services. Located next to the latest trendy and authentic neighbourhood, Sants, is also very well connected: three nearby metro and rail lines —L3 Tarragona less than a one minute walk away—, bus lines and Sants Estació a mere five minutes away.
