These 2 flats are located on Rambla Catalunya in the heart of Barcelona, next to Passeig de Gracia metro station, close to La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia.

Our monthly flat rentals in Barcelona are located in the best areas of the city, very close to the best clinics and universities, such as

Clinics and hospitals: Clínica Barraquer, Clínica Planas, Centro Médico Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, Clínica Sagrada Familia, Hospital Vall d'Hebrón, Clínica IMO and Hospital San Pablo.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

For all our guests My Space Barcelona provides: Amenities for the first day (soap, shampoo, shower gel...), sheets, one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hairdryer per flat, iron, ironing board, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Please note that for your convenience we can also provide you with everything you need to prepare your breakfast directly in your flat, we have different types and snacks depending on your needs! Don't forget to ask us for prices!
-BARCELONA AIRPORT TRANSFERS: You can forget about the difficulties to find a taxi at the airport and enjoy your stay in a nice flat in Barcelona! Ask us for the price!
