With a handcrafted kitchen made from reclaimed wood, this open plan home is perfect with a bubbling hot tub it is a perfect place to relax in for couples, friends or a small family.. All on the Ground Floor:

Wet Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Back garden with covered seating area and garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. With a bubbling hot tub awaiting your arrival, you can soak in the view to the rear of the fields and open countryside in this deceptively located cottage.
Set back from the road, this quirky holiday home features a reclaimed wood kitchen and industrial style fittings and is indeed a cottage retreat for a relaxing short break at any time of the year. An annual holiday is a must here, perfect for couples, friends or a small family. Set all on the ground floor, it has a covered outdoor patio area, large Smart TV, full surround system and TVs in each bedroom.
Valhallah Cottage Retreat is only 3 miles from the popular seaside small town of Amble which has a selection of small restaurants and cafés set along the harbour. Some sell seafood and have outdoor seating, so you can sit and watch the boats and the activity along some of the harbour. Sundays are popular with a market in the mornings with the locals and visitors enjoying a stroll amongst the stalls with a fresh fish and meat van. A variety of small pods are home to local business offering bespoke goods, lovely to spend a few minutes on a sunny day.
Warkworth Castle is only 4 miles, sat at the top of the hill overlooking bespoke shops, lovely tea rooms and friendly pubs it is a lovely place for a lunch or evening meal. Alnwick is a 20-minute drive and home to the famous castle used for some scenes in Downton Abbey and Harry Potter, the cobbled streets and history make for a special day out.
Further north up the coast are the popular villages of Craster, Beadnell and Bamburgh and of course Holy Island all make a wonderful day trip soaking in the friendly atmosphere, chatting to some of the locals and enjoying some great Northumbrian hospitality.
