We enjoyed the week

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well equipped ,which suited my wife and I. It was in the middle of the village, handy for everything with a pleasant garden attached which also gave access to the Hotel across the road. Walking in the area and with access to the Coast Path gave plenty of choice walks together with close proximty to well known landmark places.

The Hayloft is the most perfect little cottage you could ever wish to stay in.

We loved everything about the cottage..... we couldn't have stayed in a nicer place. Everything is perfect...... the location, the quietness, the cottage has everything you need for your stay....... plus the fact that you can park off the road directly outside the front door. We would recommend Rose Cottages to anyone.

Perfect stay second stay at Rose Cottages

Everything we needed was in the cottage. It was quiet, clean and tidy. We stayed in The Stable which was a perfect size for two people and two large dogs. Only thing i would say is that the sofa needs to be bigger or at least have some kind of pouffe but its not a massive big deal, just makes it more comfy in the evening after a day of walking

Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Rose Cottages.

Have stayed in the cottages several times before over a number of years, and this time in the Hayloft was even better than previous stays.

Great base in Northumberland

Comfortable, spacious and well appointed accommodation, which well positioned as a base to visit all of the sites in Northumberland, although the decor/furnishings are a little dated.

A one bed cottage comfortable and well equipped IDEAL.

Great location- a short walk to Emlenton's wide sandy beach, a former whinstone quarry now nature reserve with dark sky status. Walking distance from Dunstanburgh Castle, Craster and the Ship Inn at low Newton.
