Great location, property alittle tired

The location of the property could not be faulted for all the amenities of Southwold. The property is compact and adequate. It is rather tired and needs some TLC and refurbishment ( new bathroom) . Small touches like a new kitchen bin and new blinds would be appreciated. I appreciate Southwold is expensive but not good value fof money.
