Cosy 2 bedroom cottage in Carbost, Isle of Skye. The cottage is situated across the road from the famous Talisker whisky distillery and it has stunning views of loch harport. The house is very close to all amenities in the village, including a coffee shop, pub, community shop, bakery and seafood restaurant. Carbost is an excellent base for hillwalking, climbing, fishing, golfing or just exploring the beautiful Isle of Skye.

Lovely time on Skye!

This cottage in the little town of Carbost was perfect for our trip to Skye! We had everything we needed as a home base to go out and explore all over the island. We loved coming back in the evenings to settle in to the cozy living room and relax after long days of hiking and sightseeing. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect little spot to enjoy Skye

Everything about this place was perfect! The space was obviously designed for the ease and enjoyment of its guests. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, the bedrooms were adorably decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of clothing storage. The cottage is located directly across the street from Talisker, overlooking the water from the backside of the house & back garden. We loved our stay!

Simply wonderful...

To keep it simple, it was really nice. Great location, nice neighbours and a great village. The cottage is clean, well organized and really cozy accommodation for trips to the Isle of Skye or a little break in beautiful Carbost. We' ve got many good informations about it beforehand by our host. Definitely recommended and would book it again, any time.

Loved this spot so much!! Beautiful accommodations with an endearing Wes Anderson theme. Had everything we needed. Cozy fireplace, record player, comfortable, clean beds, great living area. Backyard with an incredible view and comfortable seating. Coffee shop next door was a bonus too! Easy walk to a local pub with delicious food. Friendly neighbours and safe environment, we were here with four women and had an incredible stay catching up with old friends. Close to portree and many hikes/attractions. Honestly would go back tomorrow if we could!

Leuk en mooi huis vlakbij de Talisker distilleerderij.

Fijn huis , met leuke achtertuin op het loch. Zeer fijn voor onze honden. Vanuit het huisje geweldige boottocht gedaan met Wild Skye boattrips met Stephen. Zeer de moeite, dolfijnen , zeearenden steenarenden en zeehonden. Ook Talisker rondleiding is leuk tenslotte ook op loopafstand de pub met live music op wo-do-vr De week is voorbij gevlogen, top locatie
