Charming self-contained studio near Valbonne
Stone built studio with high ceilings, exposed beams and charmign finishes. Situated independantly from the main family house, you will enjoy complete privacy with your own outdoor terrace and full access to the pool and pool house.
The studio is fitted with a small kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave and double hot plates. Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The main room offers a king bed with comfortable mattress, lounge chair and small dining table with 2 chairs. On the private terrace there is a further table with 4 chairs under the shade of an olive tree.
Ideally located to explore the region, the studio is situated in Roquefort Les Pins, which is 25min to Nice airport, 7min to Valbonne and only 15min to the beaches of Villenueve Loubet and Cagnes Sur Mer. The studio is about a 3min walk to a popular local restaurant/bar and clothing shop, hairdresser, pharmacy, tabac and boulangerie.
During summer you will enjoy reverse cycle air-conditioning and during winter you will love the underfloor heating.
Plenty of parking onsite.
Please note that the studio is situated on a property alongside a family home and we have a Weimeraner dog, who is very friendly, but could be intimidating for people with a fear of dogs. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to keep the dog away from the studio. Feel free to message us before booking if you have questions.
