Modern and luminous villa for 6 people with sea views. It consists of three double bedrooms on the upper floor with natural wood floors and high-quality mattresses. Two bedrooms with direct sea views, two full bathrooms upstairs, one of them en suite. 1 bedroom is equipped with two single beds measuring 1.10 m, so it is possible that up to three children can sleep comfortably.



The main floor is completely open with large windows and direct access to the furnished terrace where you can enjoy the pool. The living room is comfortably arranged with a large sofa and flat TV, the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and can be kept divided if desired. It has a large pantry and a laundry area. There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor. There is air conditioning throughout the property. High-quality property of comfort, convenience, and tranquillity for you and your family.



The villa is located in Cala Magrana area of Manacor, near Porto Cristo where you can find all the services you need, and the idyllic beaches of Cala Mendía and Cala Anguila are just a few minutes away.

Sehr schöne Villa mit direktem Meerblick

Das Haus überzeugt in Ausstattung und Design. Die Terrasse mit Pool inkl. Whirlpool-Funktion und klasse Aussicht auf das Meer war unser ständiger Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Klima top. Ein perfektes Haus für 6 Personen. Der Service Top. Wir hatten einen kleinen Mangel gemeldet und am nächsten Tag war der Techniker und hat es repariert. So fühlt man sich im Urlaub wohl. Nichts, vielleicht bei Gelegenheit einen besseren Grill.

Darüber hinaus ist die gemietete Villa ein traumhaftes Anwesen, um zu entspannen und eine tolle Zeit zu verbringen. Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind hervorragend.
