The furniture gives the 295 m² house a very special style. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, another with a double bed, and the third one with 2 single beds, providing space for 6 people in the house. The house has 4 bathrooms.



There is a spacious living room and a large kitchen with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.



On cooler days, you can use the fireplace or the heat pump heater; for warmer days, there is air conditioning in the house. Additionally, there is a safe, WIFI connection, and satellite TV in the house (Spanish, English, German).

Eine wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Pool ist MEGA. Die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen hat uns bei der Mega-Hitze sehr geholfen. Auch die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern sind sehr hilfreich. An Geschirr und Haushaltsgeräten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Außengrill ist etwas „speziell“. Er ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und schwer zu reinigen. Auch die Liegestühle am Pool haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich.

Mega Anwesen, beste Finca bisher

Es ist für uns sehr selten, dass die Bilder und die Beschreibungen von der Realität noch übertroffen wurden. Hier war es der Fall.Ein schönes gepflegtes Grundstück, ein sehr großer (12x6) Pool, der wegen der warmen Wetterlage 28 Grad hatte (im Juni!).Bei der Innenausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Lediglich das WLAN ist draußen etwas schwach, weil der Router weit hintem im Haus platziert ist. Da würde ggf. ein Repeater helfen. Info: die Telefonverbindungen (O2, Vodafone) sind am Grundstück sehr schwach, aber da kann die Finca ja nichts für.Alles im allem ist dies eine Finca, wo wir sehr gerne wiederkommen werden. Ggf. schon nächstes Jahr.

Tolle Finca

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Finca, die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind liebevoll gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Finca liegt etwas abseits, dadurch hat man keinen Umgebungslärm. Der perfekte Ort, um sich zu erholen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Die Gartenanlage ist idyllisch mit vielen Bäumen und Pflanzen. Der Pool hat eine breite Treppe zum leichten Einstieg, ist dann aber an allen Stellen gleich tief, was wir besonders zum Schwimmen als sehr vorteilhaft empfunden haben. Schade war hier nur, dass die automatische Poolbeleuchtung erst um 0.20 Uhr anging, so dass man diese leider kaum genießen konnte. Große Sonnenschirme und Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Paradies.

Super Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ideal wenn man in Ruhe seinen Tag am Pool genießen möchte! Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und alles ist vorhanden! Auch der Gärtner der jeden Morgen vorbeischaut ist sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Zu erwähnen ist noch das die Finca wirklich abseits liegt! Aber für uns war das ideal!

Finca Margarita nähe Felanitx auf dem Land

Sehr schönes Haus mit gepflegter Möblierung, sehr schönem und grossen Garten und grossem Pool. Der Besitzer Pedro ist sehr freundlich und pflegt jeden Morgen in der Früh mit viel Liebe Garten und Pool. Einzig zwei der drei Sonnenschirme sind älter und verbraucht und sollten ersetzt werden. Die Finca ist etwas abseits im Landesinneren von Landwirtschaftsflächen umgeben und sehr ruhig zwischen den beiden Städten Felanitx und Campos gelegen. Beide Orte sind jedoch mit dem Auto in etwa 15 Minuten auf eher schmalen Landstrassen gut erreichbar. Die Finca ist ideal für Leute, die einen Urlaub in der Abgeschiedenheit und in Ruhe geniessen möchten. Ich werde diese schöne Finca sicher wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pedro für den schönen Aufenthalt!
