Please note: This property has a natural water supply via spring and £100 security deposit.. The hamlet of Capel Isaac is home to this impressive, detached eco-residence. Head down the secluded lane to find this residence surrounded by mature gardens, a great spot to enjoy a relaxing family holiday. The accommodation is unique in almost every aspect. At the heart of the ground floor is a beautiful, galleried family room with a wood burner before the floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the gorgeous garden. The kitchen open to the family room, where you can really make the most of your time together and enjoy preparing a meal whilst socialising. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen space and boasts a great space for entertaining and formal dining. Through from here is the garden room – an impressive room for relaxing, it brings the outdoors in. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite with shower and toilet, a perfect set up to shut off and enjoy some privacy during your break. This room can be accessed from the garden room or the hallway. Further along the hallway is where you’ll find the indoor pool. The heated, eco natural pool is filtered organically by the surrounding plants. Maintaining a temperature of 34 degrees, the 30ft long pool is perfect for a relaxing dip at any time of year. Upstairs can be accessed by either of two staircases, the first leading to a master suite. This double bedroom overlooking the garden has a balcony and en suite shower facilities. The second staircase leads from the dining area to a galleried landing. From here you’ll find a double bedroom with gallery view over the living area looking out to the gardens beyond, family bathroom, and fourth double bedroom. This fourth bedroom connects to the master suite making it a great set up for families.
Whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of rural life, the location lends itself well to exploring. The beautiful market town of Llandeilo is just a few miles away boasting an array of independent shops, eateries, and bars. For nature lovers, the National Botanic Garden of Wales is a must see, home to the world’s largest single-span glasshouse. Heading further afield you will find the Brecon Beacons National Park which is perfect for a day out hiking or biking. If you have set your sights on the seaside, then look no further than the stunning Welsh coastline, the famous seaside town of Tenby is just an hour away by car. Beach 23 miles. Pub and restaurant 3 miles.
