Fabulous property! Linda made our stay so inviting by leaving us all sorts of goodies. Milk and coffee were most welcome when we arrived.

Such lovely guests. Communicative throughout prior to coming to stay in Linden Court. The house was left in perfect order so thank you so much. You would be welcome back at anytime. Warmest Regards, Linda and David
This was such a great stay. Location is perfect with coffee shops, cafes and a beautiful park nearby. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was ultra clean. Bus stops are within 2-3 minute walk and it’s a very short ride to Oxford City Centre. The host is possibly the nicest you will meet. She’s a gem and is very responsive to any questions.
Thank you dear Linda and David...you made my stay in your little home perfect. Such kindness, attention to detail, warmth and welcome was a joy and a blessing. Lynda xx

Lynda was a joy to meet and it was a pleasure to have her staying in our house. The house was left spotlessly clean and we hope she will come and stay again. BW Linda and David
We chose the property for the location near the hospital so my husband was close by whilst I was there. It proved to be perfect, very comfortable, quiet with wonderfully caring hosts. A very well stocked kitchen with a basket of goodies as a welcome pack. We would highly recommend this property.
The place is charming, very clean, and very well organized. My hosts Linda and Dave were the best hosts I’ve ever had- very kind - they gave me all sorts of information, offered to help out with arrangements, and set up the place beautifully for my week ling stay. The property is in a neighborhood called Hedington shops, a self contained neighborhood, and within an easy bus ride to the city center. My stay worked out very well. Linda was super nice- I’ll be tagging this rental and recommending it to others.

Hi Banny, Thank you so much for your review and we are hoping you will come back to stay at LC. Banny, is an excellent communicator. The house was left sparkling clean and all the other requests ie. bins emptied, used laundry in bath tub etc. were all done. I recommend Banny as a guest. Warmest regards, Linda
Linden Court was a stunning property. Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Easy access into the City of Oxford by bus. Reasonably priced and no hassle with parking. Our hosts Linda and David were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and were on hand if you encountered any problems. Thank you both for making our short stay very enjoyable.

Colette and Steve were the perfect guests. Friendly and excited to be staying in Oxford. The house was left in immaculate condition and they were so appreciative of all the house and our local area had to offer. They would be most welcome to stay again and thank you for all of your positive comments. Warmest regards, Linda and David.
The two story house gave a very spacious feeling. The bedrooms were separated by a hallway and as all other things about this house things where extremely well planned.
No noise from neighbours or traffic even thou buses were only a 5 minutes walk away which made it easy to discover Oxford and get to the airport.
Cosy pubs 10 minutes walk away.
Highly recommended.

Thank you Mads for your very thoughtful review and so glad you all enjoyed your stay. Thank you all for taking such good care of the house. You would all be welcome to come back anytime. Warmest regards, Linda and David.
David and Linda are excellent hosts. The flat is a little tucked away and the directions they gave were very helpful and we found it easily. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. There are a lot of great places to eat and get coffee just a short walk away. The bus stops are also very close by. We would definitely come back if we ever visit the area again. It is close to Oxford City Center which is where we spent most of our time.

Sally and her family were the perfect guests. The house was left spotlessly clean, and we are so glad that they enjoyed their stay. They would be welcome to stay anytime.
This property was perfect for us in every way. Just the right size and very well appointed, with every amenity we could ask for. There were even breakfast provisions waiting for us when we arrived.
The location couldn’t be better. A short walk to a Waitrose, and to the bus stop for a short ride to the center of Oxford. A slightly longer walk (maybe 10 minutes) to two lovely pubs.
Finally, communications with our hosts were outstanding. Linda showed genuine concern for our arrival and our comfort. Thank you, Linda, for a great VRBO experience in Oxford.

Hi Mads and family,
Thank you for such a positive and thoughtful review. It was such a pleasure having you to stay. A very big thank you for leaving the house so spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stripping the bed linen. The perfect guests. You would be welcome back anytime. Thank you so much Linda and David.
I arrived at Linda and David’s lovely lodging with a foot injury and have never been treated with such kindness. Linda came by everyday and checked on me. She grocery shopped and brought me reading materials. I ordered her dinners and was surprised at the clean healthy meals she delivered each evening. Gourmet and simple at the same time. They were flexible about my arrival, possible cancellation and departure hour. It truly was the best recovery I could ever had wished for. I will return another time with my partner and I recommend the listing without one reservation.

About the host
Hosted by Linda Ramsbottom
My name is Linda Ramsbottom and I live with my husband David and son Sam in a nearby house in Headington. I am a nurse and David is a civil engineer. We have lived here for over 30 years and love the convenience of the area. We have been Vrbo hosts for some time and our priority is to do what we can to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable stay in Oxford.
Why they chose this property
This property provides a wonderful combination of convenience and peacefulness in a stimulating but busy city. The local shops include a range of food markets and cafes, and the transport links make getting around without a car very easy. There are also some exceptional public parks within easy walking distance that give an almost rural feel to parts of east Oxford. It is also close to the John Radcliffe Hospital and the other hospitals in Headington.
What makes this property unique
We love this property because it is green and quiet, yet very close to the facilities of Headington and a short bus ride (or 40-minute walk) into the centre of Oxford. The view from the large front windows is dominated by greenery and the path is only used by our immediate neighbours, so the front of the property is both private and beautiful. Our young granddaughter calls it 'the house in the forest'.
