- Washing and drying machine, hair dryer
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle

- A baby cot / high chair if needed

Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the ground floor.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
This chic neighborhood is home to high-end boutiques of Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré and gleaming office facades. The area is frequented by a crowd of fashion enthusiasts, tourists and local residents. The Parc Monceau is just a few minutes away, and is a true Parisian's favourite for some greenery within the city.
You will live 15 minutes walk from the Champs-Elysées, 20 minutes walk from the Palais Garnier and the Place de la Concorde, and minutes from the famous Galeries Lafayette with all its luxury designer houses.

Metro station Miromesnil lignes 9 and 13

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The housekeeping team comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

You are expected to take good care of the apartment and return it in the same condition.
You will be asked to provide all the ID's of people staying in the apartment.
A mandatory separate deposit on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival.

Also, please note and respect throughout your stay the following House Rules:
● No Parties: The apartment is located in a heritage and residential building. Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Also, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
● No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or within the building premises.
● No Events and professional photoshootings: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. No people other than those who have registered their identity cards are granted access to the apartment. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.
● No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

We appreciate your cooperation in taking care of the apartment and paying careful attention to the House Rules.
In the event of infringement of one or several of them during your stay, you will be immediately expelled from the apartment, and we will keep your safety deposit.
After check-out, our team will inspect the apartment to ensure that it is in the same condition as when you arrived. If no damages or policy violations are identified, your safety deposit will be fully refunded.

Additionally, please note that:
- We do not serve breakfast.
- If the apartment keys are lost, €170 will be charged.
- Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
